+ 5 moreStella and her crew were wonderful. I was so pleased with the deep clean that I immediately hired them to clean on a weekly basis. Stella is wonderfully organized, responsive, and professional. Her cleaning crew were the same--delightful to have in my house. Because of a recent injury, I was in the house during the cleaning, and the staff were all very kind and respectful. They did a beautiful job. I bought the house only six months ago, and it looks better than the day I moved in. The attention to detail was astonishing. I really couldn't be more pleased with the service I was provided with. + 3 moreFrom the moment I spoke with Stella, I felt I was in good hands. She scheduled me immediately for a deep housecleaning. I prepar d a detailed list including floors, appliances, dusting, etc. I was very impressed with the results. Stella had sent 4 fantastic house cleaners who were prompt, efficient and nice. They got right to it and didn’t stop until they were done. I’ve had the same team twice now and the second visit was as good as the first. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom cleaning as well as the kitchen and inside the fridge. Note: the price below reflect the once a month rate for my house, which is a ranch. Deep cleaning was a little more.

+ -1 moreI called late on a Friday and they were able to squeeze me in Saturday morning first thing. They were on time and went right to work. They cleaned the kitchen, living room, and 3 bathrooms in a couple of hours. The 3 cleaners that came all split up into different areas and began quickly and did great work. Will hire again while I finish up the rest of the house.

+ 4 moreFour women showed up on time and ready to get to work. After a brief introduction to our home, I left them to do their business.They were professional and hard working. Susan, Hazel, Cece and Anna left our home spotless. My wife and I were very pleased. They were not bothered by our dogs. They spent 10 hours of total cleaning time, and will return weekly for four hours of "maintenance" cleaning. They were all pleasant and did their job proficiently. We are happy to have them on board.
Description of Work: Contracted with Stella, a weekly housecleaning service. First visit was a "deep cleaning" to get our house in wonderfully super clean condition. My wife and I interviewed 5 companies before selecting Stella. She really knew her business, and offered unsolicited constructive suggestions on how to keep our home clean. She emailed us a list of cleaning products she prefers to use. Her price was fair and in the middle of all other offers. Our first visit was on 12/08/2017.

+ 2 moreJust had Stella's crew do the initial "deep cleaning"--not cheap (although fair), but my house has never (and I mean never) been this clean before. Dust and junk underneath and behind furniture was cleaned thoroughly, floors mopped to a shine, everything looks great. I was completely delighted with the professionalism of the crew and the super job they did. I will be continuing with Stella's cleaning on a regular basis from here on. I was a bit uncertain about going with a service, but was convinced from speaking with Stella and now from the excellent work of the cleaning team that this is the way to go. The backstory: I have had an individual woman cleaning my house for years, and for years, she has been unpredictable (I never knew when she was going to come, and finally, I couldn't reach her for 2 weeks after numerous tries, so I just had it with that), plus my house was getting slowly dirtier and dirtier behind and under things with cobwebs and dust in the corners and on ceiling fans and so on, and I also had to tell her every time what I needed done (no initiative there--but she did a good job on top cleaning and is honest and a nice person, which is why I stuck with her for so long). So, I decided to try a service and called several from Angie's List. Stella called right back. The others did not. I am so glad I went with this company, I am really happy with the results.

We never used a cleaning service before and had used a different cleaning company about one month prior to Stella and her team. We were not super impressed so we gave this company a try. BLOWN AWAY at how clean and thorough the job was. Every inch of the house was cleaned...under the beds, furniture moved, etc. It was cleaned days ago and still smells amazing. SO HAPPY!!! It is well worth the money...but the pricing is very fair too.

+ -1 moreFrom my first and only meeting, Stella was an absolute professional. I can tell that she has a true passion for what she does and takes excellent care of her clients. It seems to me she is extremely experienced, knows how to properly and efficiently run her business; offering the best services out there. Most importantly, she seems to be a woman of integrity and someone I could trust in my home. I am strongly considering her services. I have considered several other cleaning companies for hire over the past few weeks. Stella's cleaning service is by far my first choice. This company on customer service alone blows all of it's competitors out of the water.
Description of Work: I am writing this review based on customer service alone. Stella's service was highly recommended by an after construction cleaning company. I contacted Stella for an estimate for house cleaning services to maintain my home of 4 bed, 3 bath. She responded the same day and she came to my home the very next day.

+ -1 moreThey came and did the deep cleaning two weeks ago, and it went very well. They spent a good amount of time, but they moved furniture, scrubbed the floors, etc... Overall satisfied, now they are coming back for regular cleanings. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the response and costs.
Description of Work: We contacted Stella's Cleaning Company to arrange for a meeting since we were trying to hire a cleaning service to clean the house. She replied promptly and setup a meeting on the weekend. A full deep clean was suggested, and then follow up with a normal cleaning every two weeks, since we are not that messy. Prices were reasonable.

+ 3 moreIt went so well, we're now using her cleaning service every other week. You can imagine the dust that had built up over a 9 week period during renovations. The crew came in and got into all the nooks and corners; under the bed, the blinds, everything. They did a great job and we arranged to have service every other week. They're detail oriented and efficient. I love coming home after they've been there. The place looks spotless! I'm particularly pleased with the way they handle the kitchen. The stainless steel appliances shine and the granite counters sparkle. They are professional, on time, responsive and the service has been great!

+ -1 moreIt always goes well! In fact, my daughter was so surprised that I remained with Stella for such a long time she figured her service must be great ...so great in fact, that she has been using her for awhile now and very satisfied!!!!! NO complaints.
Description of Work: Stella has been cleaning my house since October 2009, shortly after we had our bathroom renovated. At that time, it was just Stella and one other person working in the house. They always did a "stellar" job! Considering the fact that I rarely stuck with any one cleaning person, or people, and always felt there was something they missed, and considering the fact that I was a very detailed oriented house cleaner myself, the fact that I continued using her for about two years back then was unbelievable! I took a little break from having the house cleaned by someone other than myself for awhile and then I contacted Stella again to see if she would come back. She told me that she didn't do the cleaning anymore but that she had awesome ladies who work with her and I could try it and see how they do.. that was about three years ago! The ladies who come to my house are friendly, warm and seem to care about what they are doing. They are focused on the "task at hand" and really do a thorough job. If there is something that I would like done, I do not feel uncomfortable asking to have it done. And if there is something they have cleaned that I am not satisfied with, I will ask about it. I totally trust these ladies in my house when I am not there. There is usually a time range within which they arrive (ie:8:30 - 9:30) and they always arrive within that range and are here for the designated 4 or 4 1/2 hours of cleaning. There are usually three ladies and they are the same people each time!
