Window Treatment Service
While Marv and Ann are very nice to talk to, their follow through, responsiveness and integrity is poor. The ordering and installation of the blinds went well, but the ordering and installation of the drapes was awful. We ordered them in September and they were installed the end if JanuaryAND the one set of drapes was not the colored ordered. Also Marv and Ann would not return phone calls. Finally we got Marv to bring us the color swatches to submit the second order to get the drape color we originally requested. That was the last time we heard from either Marv or Ann. Additionally, the curtain rod finials we originally ordered were never installed. Very disappointing service. Highly recommend you use another Budget Blinds contractor because the quality in the blinds and drapes was very good.
