Description of Work: Mr.Miller came to replace 2 door knob sets and to adjust 2 sets which I had installed a few years ago and needed some tweaking. When he arrived, he let me know that he had other jobs to get to and seemed in a hurry. As it turned out, I had misplaced the new knob sets, and asked him to just work on the two sets that needed adjusting (problems with sticking and the locks not working smoothly). He took perhaps 10 min. to do this. Then he asked for $80. And didn't seem to know about the Groupon I had paid for. After he left, I found that the two doorknob sets he'd worked on had exactly the same problems as before.
