When there was a slight problem after the install, they were very dedicated to resolving it. The problem turned out to be with some things a previous installer had done. T.Weber corrected their mistake to make everything work well together. I am very pleased with T.Weber. They are my Pro for the services they provide.

Had a great experience with this company. We needed someone quickly and they were able to get someone there within 2 hours. The work was done meticulously, quietly, and very neatly. He cleaned up and ensured that we were satisfied before leaving. The estimates of the work needed were explained thoroughly.

I awoke last Saturday to find I had no water. We called T. Webber and Joe arrived to figure out what needed to be done. He explained to my wife that both our well pump and our well tank needed to be replaced, and gave her a price that was extremely high. She asked him to see if he could do better and Joe went outside to make a phone call. When he came back in he told her the price could be reduced by $500. She was thrilled and since we had already been approved for financing for the shower job, and had a residual unused amount of more than the price of this new job we figured we were all set. Then suddenly the price inched up by $200. No real explanation was given for this increase, but it was still under the remaining credit we had, and we did need to get it fixed ASAP. Then after agreeing to the price Joe asked her for $129 for the days visit. She blew up and refused to pay, since the job was going to cost several times that amount, and they were getting paid for the job. Joe told her it would be applied to the price of the job, but she did not care. She felt she was being nickel and dime. Joe also insisted that we had be approved for financing all over again even though the company who financed us showed available credit in an amount that more than covered this new job with the same vendor. He insisted he was right. I called the finance company that afternoon and lo and behold, I was correct. The available credit could be used for this current job. Joe and Dan came the next day to do the work and in the process broke a control knob to adjust the hot water. They replaced it of course, but plucked a cost of $420 out of the air to do this work, even though they were the ones who broke it. Since the work was completed I got two other companies to give me estimates for the job they had done. Both of those estimates were over $2000 less than what we were charged. I was also informed that their workmen work on commission, which explains why their prices are as high as they are. I am saddened over this latest experience. The shower job was magnificent, and I thought we would be using them for lots of other work in the future. Now that is not even a remote possibility.

Gary did a very good job, but it was quite expensive. You might want to compare offers before you select one. As I said in another comment, the price may have been caused by the type of heating system rather than T.Webber

Excellent service and was able to diagnose and solve the problem quickly within their diagnistic testing period. Extremely professional, courteous and well trained staff. Highly recommend.

Very prompt in calling once issue was submitted to Home Advisor. Excellent electrical work by service tech but definitely pricey compared to local electricians I usually hire. My problem was I got no callbacks from the electricians I know after calling and waiting for a callback. Wanted it done fast and well and paid for it. DSS

Alan, the technician, was professional. He took the time to explain what the problem was and also explained what he was doing to fix it. He was very personable and answered all my questions.

When my Central AC stopped working T. Webber sent one of their technicians to diagnose the problem. The technician (Matt) was courteous, professional, and communicated effectively the likely causes of my problem and potential fixes.

They were prompt and professional and the price was great! What I really appreciated was that they were all inclusive. Not only did they do the install of my ductless system, they also had their own electricians to wire it into my electrical system. Other companies that gave me an estimate stated that I could hire my own electrician or use one that they recommended, but that would be a separate charge which would add about a $1000 to the quoted price. I highly recommend T. Webber!

Although their estimate was a little bit higher than other companies T. Webber answered my questions thoroughly and were committed to doing everything above board and according to code. Since I have a strict building inspector this was very important to me. The sales person, the ACCA, the supervisor, the HVAC techs, the electricians, and the office personnel were polite, professional, top notch at their jobs, and made the entire process so much better. They dealt with the building inspector for me, filed the application and several technical reports as required, and took care of every aspect of the job. I recommend this company highly for their precision and attention to detail.

Joe Sullivan did the work. He was professional and a delight to work with. Webber is lucky to have him. We were very satisfied with the entire organization.
