The service was very good and the employee that came to the house was very nice but I thought the price was high for the work that was done.

Pat, their installer is excellent! Very professional and does quality work. Unfortunately, the day of the install, he was sent out without all of the parts he needed, so he made due with what he had in the truck and got the unit installed. The next day, he came back with the right parts and redid the entire hook up again to make sure it was done right.

I had a whole house water filter installed.The technician who did the installation,Pat,was excellent.My complaint is with their office and a woman named Michelle.I wanted to pay for the job with a Wells Fargo Home Improvement card that I had previously opened with this company.I could not initially find the card.So Pat called the office for some help.The staff member who took the call,Michelle,sounded annoyed.She was not helpful in trying to assist Pat.In fact,she berated him for not having any charge slips with him.I was next to him listening to this whole conversation.I almost felt like a criminal due to Michelle's poor customer service skills.I don't know if she was having a bad day or if she's always like this.I had this company install an expensive water softening system for me in September.Due to Michelle's poor attitude,I may not use this company again.The technicians are great,but at least one person,Michelle,is not.

technician was very knowledgable, worked efficiently to get problem corrected and back to normal.

Fast resolution of our problem with follow-up to make sure we were satisfied and the problem was really fixed.

I had a pipe spring a leak so I had to get a plumber in fast. I think they knew that and charged more than I feel the job was worth. I would not hire this company in an emergency again and would want them to compete on price before hiring them again. That said, I can find no fault with the work, the plumber or the dispatcher.

T. webber plumbing did an excellent job. Clean, courteous and were polite. They took care of the job as if they were fixing their own home. The company is well organized between scheduling appointment and completing the job. Great job all around.
