T Webber was extremely professional. I am very cautious who I let work in my home. I explained to them I was looking for a contractor that would be very careful with everything in my home. The crew that installed the AC had obviously been told about my concerns as they mentioned it to me as soon as they arrived. Everything was covered and protected and the work was completed without issue. Everything came out great...

The technician that came to my home was professional and related. He took his time investigating the problem I had and made clear to me the basis of his recommendation for replacement of a 25-yer-old steam shower unit. What was particularly nice about using T. Webber was that the cost of the visit was substantially less than other local services would have charged.

Came on time immediately near midnight and very experienced. He fixed the issues and charge reasonable price in the midnight.

Prompt, efficient and friendly. Very pleased with the service.

Technician was very friendly but could not complete the requested service due to difficulty in finding the necessary wire in my house. Value for the money is taking a hit here because it was an expensive trip ($204) just to tell me it couldn't be done. It would have been nice to have received at least a reduced rate on the cost of the visit.

The worker who came out to replace my sink hose was a nice guy. He had nothing to do with the price. I had already ordered and paid for the hose. This is a German faucet so you couldn't get this in Home Depot. He charged me $244.00 for 15 minutes work. Without parts. Then he said they wouldn't warranty the work because they didn't order the part. I should have went to school for plumbing. $244 for 15 minutes work outrageous.

Was contacted within minutes of request. Estimate was good, thorough and accurate. Customer service was top notch from start to finish. Work was clean. Would hire again for future work.

Dave and Arthur were extremely thorough, professional, and pleasant. They cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job with a tricky series of plumbing problems. Webber is not the cheapest company, but when it comes to plumbing, you get what you pay for. Protect your investment in your home and hire the best people for the job.

I feel they were way overpriced and i do not know what i paid for. After being billed and not receiving an invoice I asked for but did not receive an itemized statement explaining the charges. When i requested it the customer representative told me she couldn't supply me with an itemized statement because they used menu based pricing. Due to this i don't know how much the part or labor actually cost. In addition I requested an estimate for a frozen pipe repair and received one totaling over $4000 for a repair i ended up doing in less than an hour for about $12 in materials. Dont use list!!

Would highly recommend. Prompt arrival, on a Sunday morning! Problem fixed in short order, professional and courteous repairman.
