Very professional..reasonably priced

The problem I had with the service was they sent three people to fix the problem they didn't have the part so instead of one person going to get it and the others remaining and continuing the work they all went to pick up the part which in turn ran up the time which cost me more money! Not good business in my opinion.

JP's Best got back to me the day after my initial inquiry and came over to assess the work needed. He worked up a fair quote that was about what we expected and got the ball rolling to coordinate himself, National Grid and the electrical inspector. They finished the work earlier than expected on the day of the job. There were no issues with the inspection and he also gave us his recommendation for what other electrical work should be done on our house. He wasn't pushy and said to just give him a call when we were ready. His crew was friendly and professional. They cleaned up the debris and put the metal out to the curb. Overall we are very happy with the job that they did for us and we will use them again when we are ready for our next project.

Yes they were on time and did a fantastic job. I had two Outlets installed, but the cost was double the estimate. They do good work and clean up very well. Just would have liked a heads up about the cost. The owner did call afterwards and try to explain that the project was more intense than an estimate over the phone.. I appreciated that, but still a little upset.

To start, he was 5 minutes early. You can tell that he really respects is customer's time. His estimate of the project was DEAD on. VERY professional. Dusted my mantle and vacuumed my floor (and was great with my dogs). Can not say enough good things about this electrician. Will see them in a week for another project!

I hired him in early August to put in upgrade my electrical system and install a new panel while I was out of town. I paid him 50% down. I told him I would be back in town at the end of August to begin the rehab with my contractor and I needed the electrical to be on. I arrived to find the electrical not, and no new panel. The old panel wasn't replaced to 9/18 and the power wasn't on until late morning of 9/21. Needless to say this impacted my project negatively, time lost is money lost. Guys were on time, personable, friendly, worked quickly, efficiently and did a very good job. A little on the expensive side, but OK as job was done properly. Could have been a little more careful about going in and out of the house with work boots. Should use the slip on "booties" many service folks use.

Joe and I discussed options: fixing my existing panel, replacing the panel and even upgrading the service. With his help and advice we decided to replace the panel and increase my service from 100 amp to 150 amp. He coordinated ALL the work; called our local power company (National Grid) to come and disconnect and then reconnect the power from the pole, and the electrical inspector after the job was complete. Joe had two assistants do most of the work on installation day. They did a good job. Joe did come by and inspect their work too.

The guys worked as a team and had to trouble shoot two different issues. I feel they were professional and did a great job. I was happy to finally get the dreaded projects taken care of. I would definitely call them again!
