I couldn`t believe my eyes when i walked into my newly installed wood flooring home which previously was chock full of carpet. Not only was the workmanship out standing, so was timely fashion.Right on schedule. Communication with my project manager Nick was excellent. It was a pleasure working with John. The cost of labor was more than fair. Highly recommended.

John is very professional, courteous, and prompt. He called right away and let me know when he was coming and when he would finish. He was true to his word. He arrived on the day he said he would and finished the job when he said he would. His work was excellent and he and his worker Manny did a great job for us. John is very personable and very responsible. He gave me several quotes when I asked about different products and he brought what I wanted to the job and got started right away. He carefully planned the ceiling lay-out and made sure everything was completely level. He also made sure that the ceiling did not interfere with any of our other construction projects. He did everything we asked of him in a timely, professional and courteous manner and we couldn't be happier with the job or with his company.

John and his employees are all wonderful. Polite, professional, friendly and available to answer questions. The guys worked nonstop on our flooring and did an excellent job. The cost was also more than a thousand dollars less than the nearest bid. Very pleased.

After submitting my request, I received a follow-up call, measurement and quote in a timely and professional manner. The quote was reasonable and the measurement was accurate. (A previous contractor had substantially over-measured the work area). Communication with John's ProWorks was excellent from the initial contact to the date of the job. And the team arrived in a timely manner. John and the installation team were friendly and professional. The floors were installed by skilled craftsmen despite a minor setback with a faulty tool. The team paid attention to details such as painting of the baseboard and quarter round. They were also careful to avoid scratching the new flooring and cleaned the work area as thoroughly as possible before leaving. At the conclusion of the install, the new flooring looked beautiful. And I only had high praise for the quality of their workmanship. However, several days later I realized that a threshold installed by the team was obstructing the bottom drawer of a bathroom vanity and required adjustment. Given the misplaced threshold was discovered during the Thanksgiving holiday, it was understandable and expected that it would take several days before someone could return to my home. After the misplaced threshold was discovered, I contacted John immediately via telephone. He promised to call me on the next business day to follow-up and schedule a visit to my home to resolve the issue. John did not call on Monday. Thereafter, communication became faulty with phone calls not being returned promptly without explanation. The threshold was adjusted the week after the flooring installation. But, I was disappointed by the lapse in communication. However, I would still recommend the company because overall, the quality of work is very good. I would however, suggest that the next homeowner make certain to check every nook and cranny to the minutest detail before the team leaves.

Outstanding work.

Excellent work. Very neat. Responded for a request for quote in a timely fashion. When the job was complete a supervisor inspected and made sure we were satisfied with the install. Since they did an excellent job, I handed them 2 smaller projects and will definitely use them in the future. These days a contractor that charges a fair price, does the work, responds to any questions is worth their weight in gold. Hire them. You will not be disappointed.

1st time for this service and work was performed above my expectations in every respect. Very professional and so neat that you'd never know they were here except for the beautiful backsplash !
