Description of Work: Roger Brooks and crew helped us finish a remodeling project that was started by At Your Service Builders. AYSB did the demolition, then disappeared(apparently went out of business without informing us). Roger did a beautiful job repairing all of the damage and our house is now finished. We have contracted with Roger to build another addition this spring.

Description of Work: Practical Properties has done a variety of general contracting for us, including replacing a roof, bathroom tile, replacing a toilet, painting, and remodeling an entry room, which included tearing out closets and building cabinets. The cost spent mentioned above probably does not include all of the small jobs, but cost per was always as reasonable as you could ever find for work of great quality!

Description of Work: We used this company for many small and big projects around the house--both inside and outside. We are very pleased with everything, and will continue to use this company.

Description of Work: Roger is currently doing work for us which is why I can't put the total dollar amount on the report. Roger is extremely honest and conscientious about his work. He is clean, neat, professional and courteous. He is very detailed in the explanation of the work that needs to be done and he doesn't take short cuts. The only negative and it's only a negative if you're in a hurry for something to get done, is that he is busy. I think he tries to work "smart" in how he schedules and fits in small and large jobs, though. But, you will not find yourself questioning the quality or integrity of him or his work. That's what counts.

Description of Work: Roger fixed many mistakes that our previous contractor made during our kitchen remodel. He also built a brick walkway for us, painted our house, put up some indoor and outdoor lights, installed a glass tile backsplash in our kitchen, did some landscaping work, electrical work, tile work, refinished a room with hardwood floors, changed light switches, installed new door locks replaced some cedar siding, hung cabinets, fixed a roof leak, and even more--too many things to list here.
