Excellent service. Staff very pleasant.

I read all the reviews before hiring this service, but they were the only service that was willing to accommodate my needs. They are courteous, prompt and truly professional. Keeps you up to date on their progress. Yes, they are expensive, but you get what you pay for and I did and more.

A little expensive.

Knowledgeable and price was clear before hire. Efficient and quickly came to the house to assess, and treat the mice/big issues we've been having.

Very responsive on the phone and sent someone out the same afternoon to look at our bird problem. Ended up costing slightly more than we thought but was worth it to know that the birds nest and birds were removed correctly and the professionals were up on the ladders 2/3 stories up instead of us! Our vents our now bird free and replaced with vents that have bird blockers on them all thanks to Catseye! We would definitely recommend them and if we have any other pest control needs in the future they will be the first people we will call.

The membership who came to do the work were curteous, fairly punctual, kept us informed about what they were doing and finding. Clean and neat.

Very professional

I called for a consult. I had a snake problem. The gentleman came out, explained the type of snake it was & showed me exactly where it came in from. He then removed the snake for me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also pointed out an ant infestation that I wasn't aware of.

Very helpful and knowledgeable, Catseye is still working on our vole problem, but progress is obvious after one treatment, 4 to go.

This company also do repairs for insect damage.

Although the cost was high,my husband and I feel it was worth it. We dealt with four members from the Catseye team. Each one was exceptionally courteous, professional and effective. They were focused on our problem (Raccoon in attic) which they resolved. We happily recommend this company with no reservations.

They responded almost immediately to my request for an appointment. The inspector was very personable and gave me a lot of information about the rodents to be exterminated. He also described the whole process so I would know what to expect. I am very pleased.

Immediate call requesting a service estimate. Technicians were knowledgeable and professional. Service estimate included two applications 15 days apart and were executed as specified. I did not get the results I was expecting, but after talking with other owners post-treatment, my experience seemed to match the 'realistic' outcome.

They pulled a family of 'coons from the crawl spacel Then crawled around and sealed off the space from the back leaving no unsightly wires showing, That was done with a solid 8 hour work day. The men were very polite.
