Very Dissapointed. I did not receive the type of service I was promised. Hired Catseye to get rid of two woodchucks, paid them $900. They guaranteed that they would get rid of them, they never caught them. I expect the woodchucks to show up again next year.

Came when promised. Were considerate and business like. Took time to explain steps taken and show me their progress, I was very pleased with the professionalism shown.

Sean the initial point person was very knowledgeable and courteous. The expert control people different for every visit and did not communicate well. The traps set were not all taken back and the other expert control person did not know were the trap were set. Hence,this create a problem for me to find where the trap are and remove myself, very unprofessional.

Overall good service but a bit pricey.

They came to survey the situation, were on-time with the appointment, found numerous problems, pointed out the details of the problems to me, and proposed a reasonable eradication and prevention program to prevent the infestations from continuing. The problems included a severe bee/wasp infestation of nearly 100 nests as well as carpenter ant activity near the home.
