Description of Work: JARED CALLED TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT; ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE MADE EXTRA EFFORT TO REMOVE SOME NASTY PET STAINS. THE CARPET LOOKED MUCH BETTER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD.

Description of Work: He arrived when he promised and was very thorough, and professional in his work. He removed stains in two white club chairs that no one else had ever been able to remove. I so appreciated that he did not try to sell unnecessary services. The overall experience was above and beyond. I will use them again.

Jared responded to my call almost immediately and gave me an approximate quote over the phone based on the size and description of the items being cleaned. Without requesting a deposit, he agreed to pick up a rug I purchased at a thrift shop and took it to his shop to have it cleaned. He waited until I returned from an out of town trip to deliver the rug and clean the upholstered furniture. He was extremely accomodating even though he was recovering from foot surgery. He even came to the house with his cast to make sure everything was being done correctly and as planned. Jared knows his trade and taught me a few things about rugs. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend it to anyone in need of these services. I don't think there's another company out there with this company's high level of of professionalism, knowledge and customer service. Young crew with old time values!
Description of Work: Cleaned 8x12 rug; cleaned 3 antique upholstered love seats and 4 large side chairs. Threw in the cleaning of an ottaman free of charge.

The price was reasonable, but the carpet did not get 100-percent clean because it was previously stained. I don't hold that against them, but they did not perfectly solve my problem. I just thought I would try to get that rug cleaned, but I ended up throwing it away.

+ -1 moreJared was an absolute professional from start to finish. I have two beautiful, pricey sofas that needed a facelift and deep cleaning because they came from a house with 3 kids and a cat. I was thinking of having them re-upholstered, but it would have been too expensive, so I looked for an upholstery cleaner. Jared has fantastic reviews on Park Slope Parents and on Angie's List, so I went with him. Jared was able to get the stains and smell out with his speciality equipment and cleaners. And with his special touch! He does all of the work himself and takes great pride. He is an absolute professional -- both in what he does and how he does it. Most contractors suck at customer service, but not Jared -- I think he has his business largely because he likes to work with people. I have recommended Jared to many of my friends and clients and they are all happy with the work.
