I am truly so disappointed in my entire experience with Ak light electric Corp. I hired them to do a simple job, a circuit installation, and to repair an outlet in one of our offices. The first red flag was that they sent two different technicians without calling first, we settled on a technician and scheduled the work for the end of the week. Despite having substantial lead time for the project the technician never showed and no one ever called to cancel the appointment. The issue was apparently a failure to source the materials in time. After calling to find out why no one had shown up the situation was explained and apologies were forthcoming. I decided to give them a second chance, things happen and we rescheduled for 2 weeks later. The technician actually showed up, 2 hours late, and got to work. It took him maybe an hour to repair the outlet before he informed us that he needed to leave the project unfinished because he did not source the supplies! To add insult to injury the company hasnt even dignified my concerns with a response. Truly this is all my fault for hiring them in the first place and I hope no one else has to make the same mistake.
