Excellent service, very attentive from Emily and her staff. They were at my house and she was so sweet and patient with me. She attended every request I made and every detail of the cleaning.

What a hellacious experience from start to finish! Firs thing after arriving (3 people when I specifically asked her not to send 3) Clarisa calls and asks if I can pay $400 instead of $300 (already so much for 1800 feet). Minutes later, I hear something crash and break. Momentos of my late Dad. Irreplaceable. Next, I go into the kitchen and ice maker is spitting ice onto the floor. Couldnâ t stop it. They deny it was them. Seriously? Was it my cat?? Hours trying to fix. No idea how much it will cost. Hours and hours trying to get Clarisa off my back (insisting that I pay before she fix the damage). She harassed me via text, email and phone. She told me she would come with the cops to collect payment. I told her to bring the cops and the 6:00 news! Oh! And they left one floor of the house untouched! She said we didnâ t discuss it. I hired her to â clean the houseâ . She knew it was 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. But she says the thought it was all one floor. Seriously? Where in NYC does someone have all that on 1 floor? Oh (again)! Sorry, thereâ s just so much itâ s hard to remember it all. At least one of them wasnâ t wearing a mask! I spent 11 weeks in isolation during COVID just to have some fool come in here and expose me to who knows what? Itâ s illegal and unbelievably immoral. Itâ s 36 hours later and Iâ m still finding things that were unplugged, turned off and otherwise messed up. She has been trying to convince me that it was a great cleaning with just a couple of minor issues. IT WAS HORRIBLE FROM START TO FINISH â AND BEYOND! THIS WOMAN WONâ T STOP! The job was terrible, the people were terrible (so nasty and uncooperative) customer service is terrible. Not only is their blurb not true, but no one there could have written it. Avoid this company like the plague.

I hired Clarissa to perform a one-time deep cleaning service on my Dad's 51 year old home. It was in dire need of cleaning and after seeing the results of Clarissa's company's work, I can honestly say they were the perfect match for the job. Clarissa managed the whole process of supervising a team while they spent 5 1/2 hours cleaning the house from top to bottom. She helped with the cleaning as well. No stone was left untouched. The house glistened when they were done (no small feat!). In fact, one of the cleaners (a male) was able to help with a few odds and ends throughout the day, including helping with moving a few heavy chairs to a different level and also fix a broken window shade. They were all so amazing. Clarissa is a reliable, trustworthy professional and I would hire her company for any cleaning needs. Great value and top notch service.

The cleaning service was good, they cleaned very well but it wasn't deep as expected and I think they did not expect how much space the house was either. I think if they saw our place before then they would have given a more clearer estimate.

Extremely professional, and nice people as well. Kept the appointment in spite of problems with my elevator. I felt they were open to my specific needs, on this occasion and in the future, and will continue to use their services.

Clarissa and her crew did amazing work. I would strongly recommend them to anybody who needs a great deep cleaning service. They truly are a pleasure to deal with and I would use them again.

Clarissa came to my home with two wonderful women who did the deep cleaning that I just don't seem to have time for. It was my first time using a cleaning service and honestly I don't know why I waited so long. The ladies cleaned all moldings, fans, base boards and then did a deep cleaning in the kitchen which included the oven and cabinets. Of course they also did the normal things like scrub the bathroom from top to bottom, washed all floors, vacuumed, dusted, etc. They worked so hard and the results shined through. I would recommend them.

Clarissa and her team did a fantastic job. Exactly what I asked for and they even did more that i didn't specify. Great initiative. They were quick and very detailed, Now I can move my stuff into the apartment now that it is all cleaned from sitting mostly vacant and very dusty for years. I'm so happy with Clarissa and her team. She is so sweet. And she had me check everything out too make sure I was satisfied and I absolutely am. Their price is great and affordable and realistic. She brought all the cleaning supplies too. I would absolutely hire her again for ongoing cleaning. This is the company you want!

There were some miscommunications between the cleaner and I. While I was not completely satisfied with the service I received, the cleaner did offer to return and make it right.

She's the best! Don't go with anyone else.
