Robert is a true craftsman. Also, whenever he sees some problem from the existing structure, he�ll notify the owner and correct it (such as dangerous electrical wiring),.and charge a fair price. And there are times he will just throw in some extra work gratis. He is also very honest, trustworthy and respectful of your belongings and makes sure that his workers are too.
