Work was performed on time and went smoothly. Four days for siding and one for gutters. Work crews were professional and courteous, quality of work was top notch. Crews showed up at 7:30 every morning, and left property tidy and clean after work. Mario, the owner, stopped by twice every day to check on progress, and was available for any questions or concerns. He also went over and beyond to try to match the color of gutters to our siding. I have to add his suggestions are practical and no nonsense. Talked me out of expensive options which were not necessary. Will work with this company again.

If you are looking for a roof repair/replacement or siding, look no further. Mario and his team replaced my roof, repaired damage beneath old siding and installed new siding. The end result exceeded my expectations. Each member of the team is highly skilled, respectful and thoughtful. Their attention to detail is amazing and I could not be more pleased with the end result. The house looks spectacular due to Mario and his incredible team.

With many thanks to Mario Nearchou, owner and president of Future Image Designs Inc., for his personal hands on approach to his construction project management, the total renewal of the exterior of my home went smoothly and stress free. The project involved new vinyl siding throughout, a new roof, including the stripping down of three existing layers of roofing; and the removal of existing soffits, fascias, leaders and gutters, front and rear storm doors, and replacement of all with new – a total makeover. The quality of the work and attention to detail was exceptional, all performed by a highly professional crew that showed tremendous respect to both me as the customer, as well to my property – listening and responding to any issues and questions I had, cleaning up the entire property every evening before leaving the site. Mario, attentive and always available and ready to please, typically visiting the site at least twice daily is especially creative with solutions to any special requests and problems. His pricing is very fair and his project scheduling and completion couldn’t be better. Again my thanks!

Mario and his crew have once again done an amazing job on my house. At this point I don’t even call another contractor to compare prices even though Mario advises me to do so. That’s how much I trust him. They’re work is impeccable. My house looks stunning and people are stopping on the street to compliment me snd he had gotten multiple requests for estimates based on the works he did on my house. He is siding my nieces house in RVC next. I will never use another contractor as long as Mario is around. I noticed another review just gave him all F’s. Well I hope anyone reading these reviews will see that 99.9% of the reviewers gave him an A. That should tell you something. Don’t hesitate to call Mario, I guarantee you won’t be sorry. It’s really like having a relative in the business.

When I called him to review proposal for the first time, even before I opened my mouth, he said his price will be much higher than his proposal. I believe he gave a price he could not do the job for and was up to no good. I made an appointment with him anyway and he never showed up.

Future Image Designs promptly arrived at the first scheduled estimate, however you were not home. Since you had stated over the phone that you wanted us to provide you with an estimate anyway, we took the time to get you different pricing for 2 different styles, vinyl shake and wood shake. You did not contact us until a month later after the cost of material increased due to the shortage from the pandemic. You wanted another appointment with us which we made but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. We have proof that we canceled with notice. We are sorry you were unsatisfied with your experience but we are known in the field for exceptional customer service and performance. I was extremely pleased with the professional job that was done. The workers were friendly, came on time and did an excellent job of clean up as the project was completed. Mario answered all questions, the price was fair and came back to put on my mailbox & number sign. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again. We had several quotes to replace the siding on our rental home. Not only did Mario’s quote beat all of the others fairly significantly for the job, but he hand delivered his quote to our home- along with al of his certifications and reviews. I was very impressed. Often times you can’t get someone to call you back for a quote let alone get the quote done and the owner hand delivers it to our home in another town. He was very thorough in his quote, the possibility for overages (which ultimately there were none), and he got the job done quickly. His crew showed up on time every day, were polite and cleaned up every day. He did such a great job that we ended up hiring him to redo the siding on our own home, something we weren’t originally planning on. But again- great value, great communication, great crew- and great quality work. Mario is straightforward, kind and does quality work. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

We are extremely pleased with the work done by Future Image Designs. Mario was at our house first thing in the morning as his crew was beginning the job. He stayed close to an hour overseeing the work as his crew ripped down the old siding, trim, and fascia. The crew, who worked for him for many years, was professional and the job was completed the same day. Mario was back later that afternoon to oversee the final finishing touches and make sure that we were happy with the work done. The crew did a great job of cleanup and we would definitely call Mario again for any future work we need done. We highly recommend this business.

Future Image recently installed a new roof and siding Our home in Glen Cove and it looks great! Mario is an accomplished remodeler and took great pains in specifying the work to be done, so we would have the best possible results. He was on the job several times each day checking the progress and giving instructions to the installers. The work crews were professional, courteous and came prepared to work dawn to dusk cleaning up the grounds each day. Future Image did the right job from start to finish. I gladly recommend them to my family and friends, and will call them to do our next project.

Mario took my old kitchen down to the studs and remodeled it to absolute perfection! Not only was every detail exactly what I had envisioned, the workmanship was flawless! I’ve been using Mario for almost 4 years now and at this point I don’t even call anyone else for an estimate because I know I can absolutely trust him and his price is always reasonable. I even trust them to work in the house while I’m at work. Can’t say anything else except he’s the best!
