My experience with Mr. Tech has been OUTSTANDING! Rob, the business owner, immediately responded to my security camera quote request and was out to look at my home very quickly thereafter. The installation was highly professional, clean, courteous, and both Rob and his assistant, Wilmer, were great to work with. They know their product inside and out, and you can't tell where they hid the wires for my exterior security camera system, even with my old siding. Both Rob and Wilmer were exceptionally patient and worked hard to make sure everything was adjusted perfectly and that I was totally happy before they departed. Rob also checked-in after to make sure everything is working properly. You don't always see this level of passion for customer service, so this company is a true gem. Their pricing was highly competitive and they save you the hassle and time of trying to figure out a DIY install yourself. 11/10 would recommend Mr. Tech!

I was a bit nervous about setting up a smart home automation system at my house and office but I found Mr Tech Net on google and I must say my experience has been fantastic. At first I hired to just do my home but I was impressed with the way everything worked out I hired them to do my office and to put surveillance cameras. Now I can see both my office and home from my mobile devices. VERY PLEASED

He came to my house when COVID-19 was starting to spread in NYC and installed my cameras within a few days This gave me the peace of my to protect my house when i couldn't visit it.He surveyed the work without me being present and gave me a quote almost immediately.He came at the exact time he promised and was able to connect my antiquated security cameras to the new NVR he installed. i would recommend Rob to anyone.

Hired Mr Tech for a large commercial project which entailed running and setting up 80 computers, running network cabling for them to a server room. Setting up and connecting servers, patch panels and switches, 80 VoIP office phones, access points, ceiling speakers and 36 ip cameras across a 10,000 feet location. The work was completed over a month ago but I wanted to wait a while to make sure there were no issues. Everything has been working flawlessly. Rob and crew are hardworking, knowledgeable and professional. I am very pleased with all the work and impressed with the timely manner & way it was done. Very neat & clean. Will definitely use again, you would be foolish to go elsewhere. A+++

Rob and his crew did an excellent job, was quick, knowledgeable, and cleaned up afterwards. A wire came loose that night when we moved some furniture back, bumped a wire, called him, and Rob came right over to hook it back up. Great customer service.

Rob and Wilmer is awesome, what a team ! I was not too sure how the project would come out or get done in my mind but these guys know what they are doing. They are very reliable, honest and have great knowledge about products and making the right recommendations. My family and I are very happy and comfortable now. our home is like a fortress (LOL). I am also going to give him our office project but he does not know as yet.
