Description of Work: Seven Pella double hung windows and an entry door/storm door were removed replaced and replaced with similiar Pella products. The Pella windows removed were forty years old. The new Pella windows and entry door are quality products. We immediately notice the new windows were tighter and there was a reduction in sounds from the outdoors. Removal and instillation of the windows and door was slower than expected. The instillations created sawdust residue which was not cleaned up to our satisfaction. The replacement windows and door are function well and provide good protection to outdoor weather conditions. Problems with instillation was the result of the pairing of one very inexperienced installer with and experienced craftsman. The experienced installer had to spend a lot of time correcting errors on the novice installer.

Description of Work: We had two separate installations, two sliding doors and a set of French doors. The workmen were professional, thorough and careful to respect my property. I am thrilled!

Description of Work: Replaced dining room windows, stained to color of original windows. One window frame broke on installation but was replaced by special order. Clean up was appropriate and old windows and screens removed from property.
