Trevor Jutras was our installer. I canâ t say enough about him. He showed up on time ready to work with a smile on his face. He has an amazing work ethic & did a fantastic job. Our particular job had a few hiccups along the way but Trevor was so professional and his care for us as the customer was outstanding. The plumber Greg Dacey had to reroute a pipe and had a wonderful solution that enhanced the look of our install. I knew that working with newpro I would get a wonderful product, But working with these two men made the experience that much better.

I just have to wait to see how efficient the windows are during the winter months. I could have gotten windows replaced at a lower cost but the salesperson convinced me that these were better than the windows I was considering. If I could have gotten them for a lower price I might have considered doing the remaining windows. The staff all seemed professional.
