Our installer Darrell Interbartolo was awesome! Very professional & experienced. Arrived on time and made sure everything was clean when the job was finished. Highly recommend his service.

Shower installer Trevor was a pro and did the job quickly & cleanly. There was an issue when old tub was removed, manager Clint was accommodating and took care of it to my satisfaction. End result is a walk in shower that I'm very happy with.

Overall things are going well. I was disappointed that they hadn't scheduled the installer for the custom door measure yet. I'm waiting on a phone call for that. The person, Eric, who installed the shower was great though.

The installer Ken was great. The work was done efficiently, and properly and cleaned up very well. Newpro stands behind its products. There were some issues all of which were fixed to my satisfaction.

Very neat, expedient - cleaned all windows after install (removing stickers) and showed us how to use the new windows! Would absolutely recommend them again.

Garrett and Steven were incredible! So courteous helpful kind efficient wonderful craftsman! They took their time they were very patient just wonderful great people great work would hire them again over and over!

I received a message that my parts were in. When I called back to confirm date I could not reach anyone. I tried another day and left a message to call me. No one called. Today the repair guys came and had parts for my old slider that I was told were not available. In the meantime I purchased a new slider from Newpro and it was already installed but had a problem with handle not locking. They checked out the problem and instructed me on how to get it to work. For now problem solved, They were great! Polite, understanding and great at their job.

Steven and Garrett were awesome installers of both a new interior door and exterior storm door which also included new trim, threshold etc. What a great team! And their comraderie was a sight to behold. A difficult job to be sureâ ¦ripping out the old to make room for the new, but they worked in tandem without a cross word between them. In fact, they were very respectful of one another which I value highly. I heartily recommend both Newpro and this team for any work you might need done. In fact, this is my second time using Newproâ ¦the first being a huge custom bay window and a very large custom dining room window. Steven and Garrett - Thank you for the great service today!
