We are so happy with the process. The initial consultation went smoothly and many options were given to us and we never felt pressured to go beyond what we wanted, yet Eric answered all the questions he had and helped us make informed and educated decisions. Quote came in even a little under what we expected. Of course production issues delayed the delivery of our tub but we we given that information immediately, so it wasnâ t unexpected. When the tub did come in, I immediately received a call that during the inspection they found a crack. They gave me multiple options from either a different tub, repairing the tub, or waiting for a new one. I chose to wait for the new one which came in within a month! Install was done in 1 day!! Our installer Darrell was wonderful and did an outstanding job! He was kind and courteous and we were amazed that he did the entire job in one day. The new tub and shower are incredible. We are so pleased with the outcome! Kudos to a job well done!

Great guys â ¦cleaned Everything up when they were finished. Even clean the windows glass.

Schyler, Phil, Brian, reed and Aaron made it look easy. Clearly well trained and well informed on their product. Excellent crew. Wonâ t need windows for a long time, but if I ever do, Iâ d request these guys back to crush it again

Billy and Andrew the installers were very professional and took a lot of pride in the work that was done. They were very courteous and made sure I was satisfied before they left.

Our installer, Pete, was terrific. He went above the expected when a small unexpected issue appeared and solved that issue quickly. We would highly recommend him. The finished project is great.
