John was the installer and showed up promptly on time. The workmanship of everything they did couldnâ t have been done better by anyone else. Their attention to detail, communication and cleanliness was amazing. They left my house spotless and got everything done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Darrell Interbartolo was our installer. He was so professional and very easy to work with. Very precise job and quality work!!

The long delay in installation was beyond expectations and caused me to have to take time off work. Minor damage to wall when tub was installedâ the result of NewPro contracted plumber, not Raphael. This NewPro employee is excellent. He explained what he was doing and helped make some small adjustments necessary because of the placement of the studs. He was careful about keeping the house as dust free as possible, and cleaned up thoroughly. He made a note about changes to original contract work that would result in a refund. Iâ m looking forward to a follow up from the office to clarify that cost reduction.

Mike Giordano did an amazing job on our project - a walk in bath and walk in shower installation. He was very professional and explained the process each step of the way. He was so kind and sensitive to our needs. Clearly the highest quality person and professional. We enjoyed having him around. He worked really hard and was very thorough and paid attention to every detail. He wasnâ t thrown off by the quirks of the existing construction, but adapted and rose to the challenges. When my Mom saw the completed project she cried real tears because it was such a beautiful transformation. We are very grateful for all the work that he did and for the pleasant experience that he made it. Also want to give thanks to Ben Korotkin who was also very kind and sensitive to our needs and made himself available to answer many of my Momâ s questions and gave us the confidence to embark on this project.

It was a quick fix. The technician new exactly what was wrong when he looked at the window. Very pleasant.

But two gentlemen that came to convert our old tub to a walk-in shower did an outstanding job I don't know their names I believe they were two young gentlemen Portuguese men and they did an awesome job it it looks beautiful my husband said it looks so nice he's afraid to use it we love it very much we will be looking for more to be done in the future coming up and we will be calling new pro again thank you thank you thank you
