I had been a customer for 3 years and service was going well until at the end of last season I had requested a quote for leaf cleanup and was quoted quite a large fee that I declined. When I called to continue lawn care for 2019 the owner Jose Melendez, mentioned that I had declined last falls quote to remove leaves he abruptly said he had another customer on hold and would call me back which he never did. Obviously, he did not want to service me any further. I would not recommend his services as I do not consider him as having a professional business.

Small job, excellent work that was quickly and thoroughly accomplished once they got here. My critique would only center around being timely; no matter how big or small the job is. Jose was very sincere in his eagerness to please and his crew was both polite and efficient.

They are great awesone; when no one else in Sparks wants to work they were out on Monday for the estimate and did my work completely and done right on Tuesday. They are awesome!!

Jose was good at communicating about the time frame and they stuck with the project until they finished. The quality of work was not "excellent" but it was above average. I thought the project was a little overpriced but when negotiating the services he indicated that I had a job that would require 60 man hours; then spent 51.

The work was completed. Glad I had a lawn mower they could use because they showed up to do the work without one.

It is wonderful when a contractor arrives on-time and does the work they said they would do for the price agreed. They did precisely what I had asked for. Great Job!

Jose and his crew did several projects for us -- lawn cleanup including pruning and trimming, installing a new water irrigation system (anti-siphon valves), and planting a few things -- all completed in one day! They fit us into their already busy schedule and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Proficient Landscaping and will be using them on an on-going basis.

Jose was so quick to get back to me and he scheduled my job, even though he was on overload with jobs, within 2 days and it was completed within half a day. It was very thorough, did all the items we discussed and made sure I was happy before the crew left. He is a bit on the high side for repairs of the sprinkler system but I trust and know it is now all working properly with no leaks and worry free. The yard looks great and I appreciate their hard work.
