I would have given all 5's but my old mineral deposit windows could not be cleared even with an acid bath. The neighbors and friends have remarked about how good they look, even with some mineral deposit.

We have a 2+ story house with lots of glass doors and windows and screens. Have used the Window Agency twice and would not consider anyone else. Windows are clean with no streaks. Not sure what the product is that John uses but it seems to resist dirt and rain for a while after the cleaning. We have also had small and large mirrors done - everything sparkles. Prices are fair, work is quick and efficient, everything cleaned up when the job is done. Highly recommend.

I got the "wow" factor they seek and could not be happier with the result. I had interior/exterior windows, screens galore (we have a sun room), gutters and a large number of solar panels - all cleaned to perfection. John even managed to make an extraordinary improvement to my badly hard-water stained windows. Fantastic!
