If we were rating just the work crews and project manager, we would give 5's all around. They were outstanding. Unfortunately we received very little communication from the owner after we signed the contract, and it was only after we repeatedly contacted the company that we received information from him about scheduling. There was a 9-week delay between the first phase of the project and the second, final phase. About two weeks into that delay, the owner said we would see a crew in "2 to 3 weeks," but they didn't actually show up until 7 weeks later. We weren't given that time frame until we had called the company several times. We were especially frustrated because we had told the owner repeatedly that our daughter was getting married on August 12th, and we were planning to host a couple of pre-wedding events at our home. Only through the great effort of the crew and project manager was a large part of the yard done in time for the wedding rehearsal, which was held in our backyard. At the end, the owner apologized for the delay but only reduced our total price by $500 (out of a total cost of about $37K). We signed the contract in September 2016, and the owner advised that we wait to start the project until spring, so that we would get a better selection of plants. We agreed to that plan. Work began in late March or early April. With the 9-week delay, the project wasn't completed until August 21st, nearly a full year after we had signed the contract.

I hired Zeth Alley of American Strong Corp., a veteran. I was very pleased with his workmanship. He removed several shrubs in my backyard and did all of the cleanup and haul away. I will use him and his partner again soon, and would recommend him highly. I will give him an A Plus. Thank you again Home Advisor!

were not well prepared, had no string for a stright line. no tarp to protect driveway from coloring in concrete. no 2x4 for lineing up back side of curb. I supplied these items. lucky I had them.

Premium is very busy because they are very proficient at what they do and deliver an excellent product. When I called a competitor to say that we had selected Premium, even his competitor said he was very good, and we would not be disappointed. We are new to the cold weather and did not understand the weather delays because of the cold winter, and try as he did, Frank did not seem able to meet my (unrealistic) expectations, but that was the ONLY "glitch" in the process, with me as much to blame as Premium. When the patio was poured, the landscaping immediately began. They did an OUTSTANDING job, both in the design and the delivery of our landscaping. They did not "skimp" on anything... The plants were all healthy and of good size and appearance. The boulders, edging, etc, were all great. We particularly valued Terry, the landscaping supervisor, and his crew. They were very responsive and communicative... Terry followed up to ensure that all the sod "took", and that all plants remained healthy and that they were well established. He continued to reset the sprinkler system to ensure that they continued to prosper, documenting what he had done so we could take over. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Premium and their assiciated concrete company - "ELITE" concrete

The team at Premium Lawn and Landscapes provided me a verbal quote and once I compared this to the other quotes they were by far the most affordable. They were on site to perform the work within days and had all of the work done in a few hours. They were very respectful of m existing landscaping and put in a great product quickly and at a great price. I plan on using them again for my next landscape and concrete curb project.

Mike and Terry were great to work with. They explained everything they were doing and how to maintain it. We have gotten many compliments on the yard since they completed it! I would recommend them to others!!

Fantastic job completed on time and on budget. Mike and Terry were always available to work out details and changes and all work was expertly done with the correct materials and to specification. Tear out was quick, workmanship perfect and the end result is a substantial increase in property value and appeal. I can't recommend them highly enough. We are extremely satisfied and will have them back to do the remainder of the yard and patio pavers / pool etc. Great work.

They were very prompt, polite, efficient, and did amazing work. We first met with Frank who measured and discussed our vision for our backyard. Frank returned with an absolutely amazing rendering of the design. Once our deposit was received Terry took over as the installation contact. The daily workers were fabulous. They were polite and showed up every morning at 7:30am. Once our installation was finished Terry walked the entire yard with us in detail to make sure all the details were perfect. He even reprogrammed our irrigation system and stopped by a few days later to double check with us.

Working with Frank Torres, Terry and Mike Kelly was a pleasure. The design and implementation was exactly what I had in mind. Can't wait for spring to use the backyard more-fire pit is great.

Paver patio and walkway were installed quickly and the quality of the work was excellent. We plan to use this company to complete our backyard landscaping project.

Make sure you ask them when they can start the job. I signed in August and they were not able to start until November. Excellent work. They did just what I asked for.
