Vandermark & Son Painting

After Kirk and his team painted our exterior home and fence, we had him paint our 3 car garage floor with an anti slip paint with speckles on another home we own and they are doing an excellent job. They are coming back on Monday to apply the sealer (had to wait for paint to dry). They even did a trash run on items we needed to get rid of. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire Vandermark and Son Painting. They are the best.

Kirk and his team painted the exterior of my home and did an excellent job. His bid was very fair and competitive and he included repairs. At the end of each day, they cleaned up. He responded to my texts immediately. Kirk was great to work with. He painted our neighbors home whom she has been using for years and wouldn’t use anyone else. He is the best!!

Perfect. This company has maintained and painted my decks for over 25 years. My 34 year old wooden decks are still beautiful. They have also painted the inside and exterior of my home for the same period. They go over and beyond and I am indeed grateful.

It went beautifully. Kirk went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He did repairs as he went so that not only my deck but my house look great. He's skilled, dependable, communicative, helpful and so easy to work with. I'll definitely hire him again. He painted my house 8 years ago and after he power washed it this week, calked some areas that needed it and matched the color of the house so that the calked areas blend right in with the rest of the paint. He saw things that needed to be done and volunteered to take care of them. Any ideas I suggested he adopted and did that extra work. Now my whole backyard looks fresh and new! I paid more than the estimate because he did so much more than either of us envisioned at the beginning. It was well worth it.

Mr. Vandermark and crew did the best job I could imagine. We have a two story house built on a slope so just getting to the walls was quite difficult. We also have a front deck and a back balcony that was included in the job. We have been in our house over 20 years and have never had the whole thing painted, so there was a lot of scraping to be done. Well painted and site left impeccably clean after more than a week of painting. Our neighbors were so impressed they will be having Vandermark & Son for their house painting, too

Vandermark and Son painting service was absolutely amazing! There quality and attention to detail was impeccable. The price was great for a large two story compared to other companies in our area. Great customer service as far as helping my wife and I with color choices and repair options for stucco. We are looking forward to having them back to do the interior. Would definitely recommend them to a friend, and they have already scheduled my mother in law. Do your self a favor and go with Vandermark and Son, you will not regret it.

The job was timely and a truly professional group of painters Mr. Vandermark knows his business. We have had many houses painted over the years and this job was the best. We were promised a time and they were right on target. The price was very reasonable. I wish I had met them 10 years ago!

Excellent. We used Mr. Vandermark 10 years ago to paint our house. Our paint job lasted 10 years. If he will have us we will hire him in another 10 years for our exterior paint job.

Having spent a lot of time trying to organize work on different home projects, I can't speak highly enough of how easy it was to work with Kirk Vandermark and his team! My home was desperately overdue for an exterior paint job, meaning that there was a lot of prep work to do. This was all included in the estimate, including the replacement of cracked siding tiles, and even though I started to wonder if there was more work than they originally expected the price never changed. Kirk was really patient and helpful when it came to choosing colors and very communicative via text message, and his workers were diligent with every detail, including helping me take down and then replace the swamp cooler. It's just too bad that I won't be needing another paint job any time soon, since I'd definitely hire them again!

Great! Job included pressure wash, stucco repair and spackling, painting walls, trim and garage doors. The crew was professional and very tidy.

The estimate to repair stucco cracks and repaint the entire house was accomplished on-time, with understanding of what we wanted, and was a reasonable price. When weather permitted, the work was done quickly at exactly the quoted price, with care to detail and by a considerate crew. In addition, the stucco guy they subcontracted with also did a great job. We absolutely would hire Vandermark & Sons again for any other painting work and have already recommended them to friends and a realtor. These guys deserve their "A" rating.

I am very satisfied with my cabinets. The Vandermark team did an excellent job. I highly recommend them for painting of kitchen cabinets. They also painted the baseboards in the kitchen and the door frame. My apologies to Vandermark and Son for taking so long to get this review posted. They did my paint job one day before the quarantine started. Thanks Vandermark and Son for doing an outstanding job!!!

It was beautifully done. No paint messes were left behind. They even did some things that were not on the list. They cleaned up and put new varnish on the front door. That was done at no extra charge to me, and the door looks brand new!!! Mr. Vandermark has wonderful people working for him. Theses people were so friendly, nice, hard working, and helped me with some things that I was unable to do myself. I hope I have further work to be done, and Vandermark & Son is who I will hire to do that work. They are the best I have ever worked with. Thank You, Thank You, Kirk.

Kirk and his crew did an exceptional job! I couldn’t be more pleased. They were on time every day and got the job done in the time promised. Filiberto and Juan were both courteous and a pleasure to work with. They were very neat, and meticulous. They took great care in prepping and sealing off the kitchen area. Kirk is very personable and I really enjoyed doing business with him. They painted my front door and it really looks classy now with the black lacquer paint!

Excellent paint job. Workers were on time, did a wonderful job everyday cleaning up and put in a full day. I would hire them again!!!

Fantastic experience. Far exceeded my expectations. When shopping for a painting contractor, its the prep that separates the good ones from the bad (I've had bad before). It took them 3 days to prep the house for staining the cedar shingle siding and painting the trim. The crew were extremely efficient, caring for every shingle that needed fastening down. Then, Kirk bought a bundle of shingles and one of the crew replaced an entire section that had pulled apart over 40 years from Ivy. The repair was impressive. Then, they removed all the 2x2 boards on two patio covers in order to scrape and sand each one and the large boards they sit upon. When they found some that were in bad shape, Kirk went and bought new 2x2 boards. He was sensitive to what I'd like and brought samples of siding stain, put some on large areas so I could see and pick a color. They got so much stuff off when scraping and sanding trim that they hauled off large bags of debris. Each day they cleaned any mess before they left. I was stunned at the quality of this experience and was actually happy to hand over a check when it was done. If there was a 6 or 7 star option when rating Kirk and his crew, I'd check that. Outstanding experience.
