Great wonderful men (Jon and Paul) who understand and appreciate the needs and wants of their customers. They remodeled the home for me using the ADA requirements, met with other contractors for specific needs, and made the house into a nice livable home. They are professional and yet very understanding to my need and very patient. They are willing and able to help and yet came in under budget. If Paul or Jon needed some advice on doing a project, they researched it and tackled the job with precision and patience. They are two wonderful men to work with. Thank you Paul and Jon.

Paul and the team are awesome. They are super friendly, do great work and very accommodating to schedules and our needs. They are my go-to handyman service provider in Reno. I'ver used them on several occasions. On the last project, they noticed an unrelated issue and fixed it for free since they were already there.

Jon and Paul were great. they showed up on time and were polite and courteous. They put up lattices, a fence, yard clean up and hauling. I have started another 'to do' list. They really can do it all and now that I have seen them at work. I recommend them to everyone! lje

I hired Black Rock to do multiple small projects around our home. They provided me with a quick, accurate estimate and completed the projects on time and for the price they quoted. I have a few more home improvement projects to complete in the near future and I will definitely hire them again.

On the first visit John repaired a lighting fixture. He was prompt and professional. Then, he provided an estimate for repairs needed on a second job (repairing a front door knob and lock, toilet, leak under bathroom sink, window seal, and curtain rod bracket). On the second visit, John and Paul arrived on time and were already stocked with the items needed to complete the requested work. In fact, John had come the previous evening to pick up a key so the door lock could already be keyed with our own key. All work was completed in a timely and professional manner. I am so thankful I have finally found a repair service with which I feel comfortable. We will continue to use Black Rock Handyman for years to come!

Jon and Paul did a superb job. They arrived on time, were professional, did a great job installing cabinet knobs and pulls in kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and laundry room quickly and efficiently. Plus they even cleaned up after themselves !! They exceeded my expectations and I would definitely hire them again for any handyman job I might need. Nice job, guys!!!!

Jon and Paul were very professional and hard workers. I have a 1,1000 Sq. ft. wooden deck and they had major repairs to make in replacing rotten wood, power wash, and paint. They removed all the debris and cleaned it up. They put the heavy furniture back on the deck. They were just great in every way! I would hire them again. Thank you

Paul & John contacted me as soon as HomeAdvisor linked them to my inquiry. I requested an estimate for replacing a fence post, a fence gate problem, and a closet door runner problem. I was given a quote over the phone that was reasonable for the work needed. They scheduled me for the time I requested and showed up on-time. The caliber of the work was professional and they cleaned up so you didn't even know they had been there. I will call them the next time I have a problem and will be passing out their business cards to my neighbors and friends. I just read the other reviews and concur with all the additional comments regarding Paul & John.

I had a variety of work that I hired Paul & Jon . They replace bathroom flooring , carpeting , outdoor lighting, cabinet drawer repair & new electronic door locks. They ran into some issues with door locks , but because of Paul's work ethic & knowledge figured out it was manufacture defect & solved the problem. I will only be hiring Paul & Jon for future projects & will referr them to my grandmother for her home improvements .

We hired them to fix the leak in our roof and to paint and caulk the fireplace. Did a great job. They were very professional and very efficient in getting the job done before the rain. We would hire them again.

We hired Jon and Paul to install cabinet knobs and pulls on all our cabinet doors and drawers in the house. They responded quickly with an in-person bid which we accepted. They arrived on time, well prepared and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Very personable and knowledgeable and went beyond the initial job parameters to our complete satisfaction (screws for the drawer pulls were too short, so they had to get ones to fit). Even vacuumed afterwards which wasn't necessary, but much appreciated. Thanks for a job well done.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Paul and John. No job too big or small. They repaired and replaced some cabinet lighting, repaired a slide screen door, fixed an ice maker dispenser, replaced furnace filter. As I work a couple of jobs five days a week they were able to pop out to see me on a Saturday I had a spare key for them to do the work in a couple of days but no they got stuck right in without weekend rates. They are also very reasonable! I felt like was stealing from them. They are excellent , great work ethic and friendly. Paul did the work. Very personable. Completed weather-stripping a door and door trim insulation. Others said it was too small a job and weren't interested, Paul was happy to have the work. Cleaned up the mess. Finished the time by doing minor repairs to the fencing. I will use them again and would refer them. The quality was excellent.
