Our goal is to provide you with professional , quality service and exceptional customer satisfaction. We would like the opportunity to show you the excellent service and expert quality of work we provide to all of our customers. In an effort to earn your business , we would like to offer you a "introductory price challenge" . Just provide us with your last carpet cleaning invoice, and we will clean your carpets for 15% less than the total invoice. If you do not have a previous invoice ,we can still offer a fantastic discount . The standard cost of cleaning carpet averages from .25 to.35 per sq.ft. . With our introductory special we will offer .20 per sq.ft. . We guarantee that our loyal customers will always receive low pricing specials and high-quality customer service.

Description of Work: Didn't bother to show up or call. I had to call him and he gave me some song and dance story about losing his cell phone and he didn't have my contact information. He was very unprofessional and acted as thought he didn't care whether he had my business or not. Overall, it was not a good experience; especially since I had to take off work to meet him; then he never showed up. I will never use him again and definitely will not recommend him to anyone.

Our company takes pride in offering excellent customer service so to know that you did not receive that excellence is disappointing. According to my records we had spoken but had not set an appointment for you so when you called to say you were expecting me I was a bit confused and thought maybe I had made a mistake. I understand you were upset and that is why you were yelling at me but I did try to ask you for the opportunity to make it right. I really wanted to correct this for you and earn your business. I tried calling you back several times to offer to make this right but after you hung up on me twice I thought it was best to leave the situation alone. Again, I am truly sorry it went the way it did but I'm sure if you had allowed me to move a few things and still take care of your cleaning needs you would have been very happy.
