I’ve procrastinated long enough writing this review, the good ones always seem to be the most difficult to write. What can I say about working with Geoff, from the moment we met Geoff he has been the consummate Professional. I first met Geoff over the phone when I contacted him about one of his other listings, after a few emails, calls and meetings with him, we started working with Geoff exclusively on both the purchase of our new home and the selling of our existing home. That turned out to be the best move we could have made as Geoff helped us break a nearly 10 year old sales record for homes in our subdivision. Geoff Zahler, personally attended every viewing of our home (over 20 in 10 days!) as we did not feel comfortable being present. Let me expand upon that, we did not want a lockbox or strangers showing our home, so Geoff came to every showing opened the door and was present the entire time. Scheduling viewings was not easy, as I work from home and Geoff was able to coordinate around my schedule, perfectly! And, was always there to show us homes and advise on neighborhoods and pricing. Geoff truly became a trusted friend and advisor. We truly could not imagine selling our home and purchasing our new home with anyone else. Geoff was/is always there to answer anything that came up, no waiting of hours for a response. Geoff and his wife Sydney, also an agent, even attended our closing to ensure any of our questions or any unforeseen issues were immediately addressed. The Zahler team certainly exceeded even our extremely high expectations! Geoff, Sydney, Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!
