Biggest con men going. Only gave me 2 options between $8500 and $9500 and misrepresented the warranty. Did not know this until yesterday when my heat went out. Now they say only part is covered and they want $680 to install it. Found out my neighbor got a unit from them and it was less than half of what they took me for (same floor plan as mine). When I got the unit, it was 100 degrees in my house, and I feel like they took advantage of me because I am a senior and female. I didn't take out the pack with paperwork they gave me until yesterday when I called them. It seems they conveniently forgot to include the receipt with the warranty info on it. I would never have taken this unit with only 1 yr. of labor covered. They "said" it was 10 yrs. parts and labor. Go with another company that will not take advantage of you. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about their shady business practices also.

Great and polite guys. Its hard to ascertain how good the job was because ducts and vents aren't obvious. They were so diligent and hard working I trust they did an excellent job.
