Thanks for F'ing us good Charles, it has been issue after issue here at the house, today again a plumber is fixing issues you missed, did your team just come inside and act like they were inspecting things because how do you miss multiple outlets and switches, water softener and filter and a host of other things, exactly what did I pay for, 3 bumbling fools clueless to what they are doing? Yuuuuup that is it,.... you've cost me quite a bit here Charles. If you want to get screwed royally, this is the team of inspectors to hire. I ALSO enjoyed you interviewing a potential employee while my home inspection was going on, very very professional of you!

Charles was professional and knowledgable. Did not mind my being there while performing the inspection. He missed a few things tho, cracks in hall in ceiling, and because the lighting the attic did not turn on it was a very brief inspection. The light in the attic does not work and it is not because of a burned out bulb and he missed the fact that the air handler in the attic is missing. I felt he could of had a light on an extension cord to really examine the space. Also, the faucet in the sink had a low flow and it was due to dirt in the line. It needed a clean out only.
