It went very well. We have had them do work before. They are very nice people

The contract was sign on July 14, 2008. The work would start as soon as the shower enclosure arrived approximately 3 weeks. Since this unit is near the university this would fit into our time line for renting to college students before Labor Day. Basic work on the bathroom started immediately. In August the shower arrived damaged. Jim stated that a replacement would be shipped overnight. Two weeks later the shower arrived. During this time work done on the bathroom was done occasionally by one of Jim's employees. Even after the second shower enclosure arrived Jim did not seem to be concerned about the time taken to complete the project. The time to finish was within the 6 - 10 weeks specified in the contract, yet not within the time mentioned during the initial interview. The final bill was received 9/13/08. The bathroom looks good. However due to delays (even after the second shower stall arrived) the unit was not rented until October. The tenant complained that the bathroom sink drained slowly, Jim was called to evaluate the problem. It was determined that the "speed connect" fixture we had purchased was the cause of the slow draining and since it was a design issue it was not his problem. This type of fixture has adjustments that should have been made at time of installation. Jim should have tested the drains and obviously he was not familiar with this type of fixture. We made the necessary adjustments to the fixture and it is now working.

Working with the owner (Jim) was a very positive experience from start to finish. When he arrived for the estimate we discussed what I wanted to have done and he offered helpful suggestions. He sent me an estimate the next day. The price was what I was expecting so we commited to the project. He promptly returned phone calls regarding getting the HDMI cables I wanted and kept me informed as to the project start time. He arrived as scheduled both days and completed the project as expected. In addition to the contracted project, he textured another small nearby area of drywall in need of repair without additional charge. He also gave us a recommendation and provided literature to enable us to purchase the electronic components we needed to make our home theater system perform properly. This company offers more services than this category, but it best fits what I had done. Should I have the need for other types of remodeling, I will not hesitate to call Jim, nor would I hesitate to recommend him to others.

They were wonderful! They were at our house every morning on time and ready to work. They cleaned up each evening when they were done. The people who have seen our house since the remodeling have had nothing but wonderful comments about the work that was done in our house. We will be calling them again when we get ready to remodel our master bathroom.

Unlimited Home Improvement made my room remodeling project turn out even better than I had hoped. You can't even tell where the wall was that was taken out and it looks as if that is the way it was built. They made sure to leave the closet space for me and I truly got exactly what I had asked for. I don't know what the price was as I don't have the receipt.
