NIGHTMARE! Don’t trust Triple 7 Movers! We trusted them to move us from Las Vegas to North Carolina. They took a month to get here and finally an unmarked truck arrived with a truck driver that said he was NOT an employee of the moving company; 4 local laborers showed up hours later. Very unprofessional! They told us “first flight of stairs is free”, but they charged us $450 more for stairs when they got here and hardly took anything upstairs! They told us they included “BASIC Disassembly and Reassembly of Furniture”; they reassembled NOTHING, and even worse they disassembled EVERYTHING including many things that were unnecessary, like a coffee table! Many wrapped things were not labeled by the packing crew, so no one knew where they went. The unloaders were NOT movers; they didn’t put labeled things in the rooms they belong (Patio boxes were in the Office, etc), and they loaded things into our house inefficiently, so they rooms were filled up way too fast and rendered useless. Then, they said they were going to have to charge MORE money to continue moving our stuff into our house. They proceeded to simply unload the truck leaving many items in our driveway for us to load in ourselves! UNREAL! The worst part of all, when I called Triple 7 and spoke with Lindsay, she was not understanding of any issues that we had, she had an excuse for every problem there was, did nothing to help us, and had the audacity to call these actions “Professional” and accuse me of having expectations that were too high. According to Lindsay, this is normal, so the crap delivery we got is what you should expect if you hire Triple 7 movers. This is NOT a professional mover. Do NOT trust them! They will make it sound like they will take care of everything, then they will dump it all for you, customer service will argue with you, and do absolutely nothing to help. Once they have your money, they will do nothing to help you.

We had a short move so it wasn't much to arrange, but the experience was top notch. They were easy to work with. Easy to set up, great attention to detail, no issues. Very professional.

I’m a single mom with 2 kids and moving by myself is hard enough. The movers were very professional, courteous and caring during my move. The foreman was very helpful and understood how moving can be stressful. There are a few things that didn’t sit well with me through this process. My contract was for 2 movers for 3 hours. When they showed up there were 3 movers and the price was higher per hour than what was on my contract. I understand having to pay for an extra mover, but I wasn’t informed of the change. It took them 5 hours to move me, which I’m glad there were three because it would have taken longer with two. Since my price went up and I didn’t budget for the extra cost, they took my smart tv for collateral. When I called the office to try and set up a time to bring by the money and I was told that I was being charged $5.30 a day for storage! They did say that since the day I wanted to come in and pay was a Sunday they wouldn’t charge me for that day, and I was looking at about $90.00 extra for the storage. I called a few days before I was to come in to find out the balance. I was told that it was an extra $350 more!! I mentioned to them the conversation we had earlier and how they told me it would be $5.30 a day for the storage. They quickly recalculated and still came up with $135 dollars more, which turns out to be $8.38 a day, which is $3.08 more a day for storage. Also, I am told they're not open on a Saturday or Sunday, where as for their website they are open on a Saturday. On top of all this I have 2 boxes missing and I still haven’t heard if they have located them. I recommend the foreman and his crew but I would watch the office and your money extremely close when using them.

They showed up early , there was 3 men as promised . They did move fast . I had a fee things that still needed to be packed due too needing them with me . ( meds , toilet trees , ect , ) they threw everything in boxes and didn’t lable them and now with two house holds in one new house I’m unable to find my important items . Once we arrived at new house they just placed boxes everywhere . All the boxes i packed were all lable which room they needed to be placed , i have bathroom stuff in my kitchen , kitchen stuff in my master ect . Im very disappointed . This has made more work for me and Im still trying to find boxes . NOT HAPPY . I did call and complain and got nothing but ( ill tell their boss )

I hired Triple 7 Movers last minute and was impressed by the prompt responses and willingness to work with my last-minute schedule. The movers were very quick and professional and made the move as seamless as possible! I would highly recommend these guys!!

Absolutely terrible service! Original estimate was $8500,but was jacked up on moving day $3500 more! I was kept in the dark as to when my house furniture would arrive,and received a call from the truck driver only one day before the truck got here!.The driver insisted on full payment BEFORE he and his two assistants would unload anything!The list of approx.279 items was written in CURSIVE that I could not read! Each mover would shout the item numbers as they rushed everything in the house.Many items had no numbers on them at all ! I have not been able to empty and examine all my boxes yet,but I do know for sure that my 30" TV set and two pole lamps are missing.They forced legs off of several antique wooden tables in order to save space.There are chips and gouges on some wooden furniture which seems normal with so many items.I did not call management with my complaints,because common sense tells me that I would be wasting my time.I'm quite sure they would just blow me off since they used subcontractures along the entire moving process. I do want to get the word out to ANGIES LIST clients so they do not give this company any of their business. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! MJD
