Description of Work: Three movers loaded my furniture and boxes into a upack trailer. The movers were on time, friendly and hard working. My complaint is how they packed the trailer. When it arrived at our new home, we took down the gate to discover a mess. Yes things shift in transit, but this was clearly loaded top heavy. There were boxes marked "fragile" on the bottom of everything else!

Description of Work: Luis and his crew were very thorough in describing what services were to be provided and the costs. Took care to assure everything was to my satisfaction on both the loading and unloading. Went right to work and finished well in advance the anticipated time. Prorated a 4 hour package from Angie's list special deal and applied it to the shorter timeline...saved money!

Description of Work: Serafin and his crew were very nice. They moved everything quickly and efficiently. There was a little bit of damage that you would expect with moving on house to another but the company is professional enough to follow up. When asked about the experience I explained the issue with some items being nicked or torn. Without hesitation they said email photos and we will submit it for an insurance claim. |To be fair the damage was to our pool furniture which was fragile from sun damage. There was also a tear in the bottom piece of sofa (the black cloth underneath) and our pin ball machine had a gash from the guys trying to get through the doorway. |We will see what happens with the insurance. I think its crazy not to anticipate some damage but from a customer service standpoint they did follow up and offer a solution.

Description of Work: I hired triple7movers primarily because of the responsiveness of the sales woman who did the booking. She was awesome, and they did accommodate me when I needed to move the delivery date. Unfortunately, I have never seen a worse packing job. The extent of the damage was in the thousands. I am a widow and have a small child, and I know it's stupid, but I never got around to documenting all of the damage that was done. It was crazy though. They stuffed lamps in the bottom of boxes that were too small, causing the tops to break off. Boxes with hanging stuff was loaded to the brim causing damage to more delicate clothing items. The very worst part, however, is that I had bought my son a loft bed that i put together once before I moved (4 hours), and when they delivered it to the new house, they said the hardware was missing. The team lead said he had handed it to me to take in the car, but all I had were the Allen wrenches. This was a huge deal. I had the whole house to unpack with my son and I couldn't even put him in his own bed. I was devistated because i had no clue as to what the hardware was! I bought it used. Fast forward 3 months and a new friend's husband offers to come look at it, get the right hardware and put it up.... And what do you think he found when he started taking the pieces apart???? Gee, the hardware! One of the guys was throwing up when the movers were unloading and they just wanted to get out of here because the time THEY scheduled to unpack me was up. How in the world a person can leave a little boy's bed not put together and leave the the mom thinking it can't be put together is truly beyond me. Do not use these people. You will be sorry you did. Don't be fooled by their professionalism in the office and over the phone. Even my microwave had dents in it! I can't imagine how they can hire such amuertures to pack and unload. I am moving back in the next month from Phoenix to Vegas. I would not consider using them for half a second.
