 + -1 moreComputer Renaissance was fast at getting their work done. It didn't take long to get my lap top back. They were friendly and knew what they were doing. They had explained everything to me and stuck to their estimate. I have not had any problems since they fixed it.
Description of Work: They replaced the plug inlet on my laptop at their shop.

 + -1 moreComputer Renaissance did a great job of fixing up my computer. I have not had any problems since they repaired it. They explained that it was in the memory board that was the problem. They charged for the job that they did and not by the hour. I did have to take my computer to them to get it fixed.
Description of Work: They installed a new memory system in my computer.

 + -1 moreWe purchased the computer from there and have been going back for all of our computer problems and needs. They let us know what is wrong, and always stick to the price we were quoted. The computer was completely repaired and running faster and more efficiently than before. We are very satisfied with them and will continue going back.
Description of Work: Computer Renaissance removed viruses from our computer, and updated the software.
