house cleaning
 + -1 moreHorrible!!! I have difficulty seeing, so wasn't completely aware until a family member came over shortly after the cleaning lady left. They took 37 photos of unclean areas, floors, side tables, bookcases, toilet, shower, ceiling fans, etc. that were not clean. Some areas were not even touched. The"washed" dishes (a service I paid extra for) still had food and grease on them and a glass pie plate was hidden under a large cast iron and broken.. They offered to send the same person back, but I refused. It took 3-4 times asking her to complete tasks that were listed as included. They did refund $75 out of $208 charge. Completely unsatisfied!!!
Description of Work: Deep cleaning of my home - approx. 1100 sq. ft. plus washing dishes.
