 + -1 moreTodd & The Bug Stop crew have been servicing my home for 25 years. They are prompt, thorough, helpful, and when I had a larger pest issue, very quick to respond and refer us to a specialist. I will continue to use The Bug Stop as long as I'm a homeowner and I highly recommend them.

 + -1 morethey were fine... scheduling was smooth and would listen to when I would mention problem areas. The guy that eventually always came just wierded me out a bit so I switched.

 + -1 moreI have been using The Bug Stop for quite a while now. My first time was for an initial treatment that cost me about $100 or so; after that, they came about every month for six months and I paid them about $40 each time. Now, they just come every so often. Every time they come, I am satisfied. Because of the harmful chemicals, I do have to leave the house while they treat. I have to leave for about an hour. I trust them in my home and nothing has ever been missing or misplaced since I have been using them.
Description of Work: I hire the Bug Stop periodically to come to my home and spray inside and out for fleas.

 + -1 moreThe Bug Stop does a very good job. They do live up to there name. They keep the spiders under control pretty much. The people who come to the house are very nice. They are very consistent with their schedule. I never have a problem getting an appointment. I am very comfortable with this company. I plan to use them for a very long time. The pricing is okay. I pay them each time they come. I did have to pay a first time service fee which was $90.00. I have no contract with them. I probably will not obtain one either. They seem to do just fine coming twice a year.
Description of Work: The Bug Stop is hired every six months to come and maintain my home for spiders. They treat the baseboards, closets, under furniture and wherever else the spiders may get in.
