We've been looking for a single floor townhome for my elderly inlaws to move in to. We contacted Lara Cox regarding this project. Lara showed my inlaws around to different areas and neighborhoods and was wonderful and very patient. Lara then put my wife on her MLS email listings. 6 months later, my wife feels she had found the right place. She called Lara and we quickly moved to see the property and to put a bid on it. The bid was accepted and we went into closing immediately. Lara and the rest of Team Heidel were a huge help with getting us through closing quickly, efficiently, and very professionally. I first contacted Lara around May 2009. She performed intensive research for several months to find the exact property I was looking for and showed me numerous condos and townhomes. She was highly knowledgable, competent, friendly and helpful. We finally found a very nice property within my budget and my offer was accepted. Unfortunately I suddenly came down with a debilitating illness and had to retract the offer. Lara was very understanding and stood by me through it all which was important for a retired senior like myself. I still get periodic e-mails from her and hope to use her services again if I recover enough. I was very impressed with her professionalism and caring and would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a property in Las Vegas.
