Sudden Impact Auto Body & Collision Repair

I will absolutely and positively NOT recommend Sudden Impact Auto to anyone! They had a slightly higher estimate than a dealer and a private party.. But we like to support small family owned businesses.. After our original bid were informed by Vanessa that she overlooked something on the original bid and also found additional damage... We knew that there might be additional damage but they left items out of the original bid that should not have been missed by Vanessa's own admission. Denying later. We we're stuck at this point because we paid for the parts and made a down payment for half... In addition.. were told we would have to still pay for the labor and additional labor to put our vehicle back together together or cut our losses and pick up our torn apart vehicle... So we had them fix it.. With the additional damage the car was supposed to be ready by Thursday. We called late in afternoon Thursday. said no Friday.. We called Monday around 4 .. not ready yet.. then they called at 5:15 to say car was ready ,& they were closing 5:30 Went to go pickup out vehicle late afternoon today. Told an employee how disappointed and unhappy we we're.. Vanessa didn't come out to speak with us... Too busy laughing in the adjacent office with a female co-worker. But was willing to take $100 off the whopping $4500 repair. Our original bid was $2600.. So over 60% more than our original bid. Insulting to say the least... So I called and since she answered the phone and had the opportunity to talk to her.. Basically denied everything taking absolutely no responsibility... Next time I will choose a competent Dealer over an incompetent Family Christian Business.. I am a Christian which was our primary reason for using them.

Exceptionally well! I received this service free - I was selected randomly from the folks who left reviews for Sudden Impact for the month of June. 2016. I have never had a vehicle detailed...so I was most surprised with how it turned out. It looks like it just came out of the dealer's showroom! As with the auto body work I had done, these folks are super! Their customer service is superb! I recommend them for auto body work AND for detailing!

They are fantastic! The crew was very polite, and they did the repair for half of what I was quoted at the dealer. You won't be sorry going to this shop. They definitely know what they're doing. The repair makes it look brand new! They are fantastic people.

These people know how to run a business!!! They open when they're supposed to, no waiting around for someone to show up. They handle your problem with courtesy, efficiency, speed and knowledge. They give you a detailed estimate and THAT'S what you pay. They let you know how long it will take and it's done when they said it would be. They call you to let you know it's ready and they will pick you up if you don't have a ride! They warranty their work and their work is superb! My car looked brand new when they were finished. I'm a happy girl! PS they get an A rating from Angie's list AND the Better Business Bureau and me!

I have used this business in the past and find their work very good. Price is fair. Fair as in between bad and good. Of note is the curt and argumentative little girl they have doing initial estimates. Of the four times I was in there for one fix, the urge to strangle her was strong.

They replaced the passenger side outdoor mirror to my daughters car.

It is a very long story but the condensed version is that I have used Sudden Impact in the past and have loved their business plan, which is, the customer needs to be completely satisfied before they leave with their vehicle, the work is professionally done, everybody is happy, and everybody is smiling. My mistake was not insisting that Sudden Impact do the repair work, when I had another insurance company (not mine) access damage and mention who they used. Giant mistake on my part for going to another repair shop. I went back to Sudden Impact for a part that I thought was failing and still under warranty. It turns out that the warranty had expired but Jose asked me to give him a couple of days to see what he could do. He not only was able to get a replacement part at no cost to me, but when he heard about the problems that I had with the other shop he ended up going WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what is normal and fixed my vehicle for me, because, "we don't ever want to loose a customer." As I said this is the short version but I spent several months dealing with the other shop until I finally had enough. Of course I hope I never have to have any body work done on my car again, but if I do, it will not be by any business but Sudden Impact. If it were possible to give a higher mark than A I would give them AAA+

They were very prompt and courteous. The repair was completed much sooner than expected.

They were professional, did the job on time, and at the estimated price. All went smoothly.

They were very courteous and pleasant, although I thought the body work could have been a little bit better. There were a number of dings and dents on the vehicle, and it didn't seem like that work was very professional. Also, they were supposed to wax the car very well, and I didn’t think they did that great of a job doing that either.

I have used Sudden Impact a few timed since i have lived in Las Vegas. This time ,like the other times, the service was impeccable. Jose and his crew are honest and efficient. True craftsmen. As always, I was very satisfied. This company is recommended by the insurance company and they offer a lifetime warranty on their work.

I think I found them on Angie's List. Their work was top quality. You couldn't even tell where the damage was. They only do body work on vehicles. It was work that had to be done, and I felt the price was fair for what they had to do. The next time I need to have work done, I will get a couple of estimates done first.

Work was estimated to take 3 days, it actually took 1 day. Under promise, over deliver...I like it! The work was clean and complete. The color matched quite well, something the dealership failed at once before.The car was washed and they even wiped down the inside dash! They called as soon as the work was completed, which seems like a basic thing but some many times the phonecall gets overlooked...again something more than one dealership has failed at. During the quoting process, they called out the actual painter to make sure the quote was accurate. Actual cost came in lower than estimate

They did a good job on my car except somehow my window tint had gotten scratched on one window and also one of my tires went flat. They did repair both issues while they had it, free of charge of course and apologized to me. My insurance had actually paid the bill so I am really not to sure on what the cost was.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. They kept us apprised of their progress, and told us of a delay when all the ordered parts didn't arrive on schedule. Our car looks great, and we highly recommend this business.
