Being first time re-modelers there were lots of items we didn't understand, like upgraded electric and engineering costs. Of course they didn't explain them either until after we were charged extra for them. They were also installing a ''walking deck'' on our balcony, which we took to mean that it would be a nice finished smooth surface. What we got was a water proof paper and black glue substance which we are now responsible for covering ourselves. This is something that you would tile over and we had told them on day one that we had no intention of tiling. They didn't seem to care. They put in what was easiest for them but it is now costing us hundreds of extra dollars to finish this ugly floor. The owner doesn't seem to be bothered with how unhappy we are with their work. He just tells me I could put down carpet. This is not what I wanted or what I asked for. There are many things that I have been unhappy with, this is just the most recent. Also we are seven months into this project
Description of Work: They added what was supposed to be a sun room with an attached covered patio and balcony above it all.

Premier Home Improvements of Las Vegas charged me extra for a few minor things and the foreman did not have the workers working when they were supposed to. I would definitely use the workers again, just not the company. They got a B rating from me; it was the company I had the problem with. The work itself looked good, and the products they used seemed to be good quality. I didn't like that it took from January to June to finish the job.
Description of Work: They built a new addition over our garage. It was two rooms, a bathroom and stairs.
