Precision Chem Dry

THE TECHNICIAN DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND TOOK CARE OF EACH ROOM IN FULL DETAIL. HE ACTUALLY DID NOT HAVE TO MOVE ANY FURNITURE AS I MOVED THINGS THE DAY BEFORE SO HE HAD EMPTY AREAS TO WORK ON. HE ALSO WENT OVER EACH AREA AT LEAST TWICE. HE ALSO USED A CARPET BRUSH TO SMOOTH OUT ALL THE CARPET. ALL OF THIS TOOK 1 1/2 HOURS AND HE LEFT ME WITH CLEAN CARPETS. AS THEY STATED MORE THAN 3/4TH OF THE CARPET WERE DRIED IN TWO HOURS AND THE REST WAS DRIED IN ABOUT ANOTHER HOUR. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE JOB AND MIKE, THE TECHNICIAN, WAS GOOD TO WORK WITH AS HE WAS FRIENDLY,AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I INTEND TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS. JOB WELL DONE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is one of the best I have ever used. Mike was thoroughly professional and did an outstanding job on our carpets. He arrived on time, performed the cleaning as requested (on some very dirty carpets), and charged the quoted price minus our Angie's List discount. We have scheduled Mike to clean an apartment that we manage as a result of our excellent experience. Could not recommend highly enough.

On August 11, 2012 we had a scheduled appointment between 9 and 11 for someone to come and clean the carpets in the upstairs of our new house. At 10am Mike showed up to begin the carpet cleaning. He explained every step, answered every question we had and was very professional. He even talked to us about our downstairs area which is all tile. When he explained the tile cleaning process for the tile and showed us that it appeared our tile could easly be cleaned we decided to have it done. Unfortunely Mike was not able to do it that day however he called the office and helped us schedule an appoitnment for today August 18, 2012. Today Stanley was scheduled to be at the house at 8am to clean the tile and he was extremely prompt he called at 730am to let us know he was on his way and at 8am the doorbell rang. He again explained the process told us how long it would take and when we came back we were extremely pleased with what we saw. Stanley also explained it appeared our tile had been laid at different times as the grout colors were different. He told us we would notice it would not look "white" until everything was dry.Again like Mike, Stanely was extremely helpful and professional.We will use this company again it was a great experince.

I found them through a special on Angie’s List where they were super rated. They came out and I loved them. They did a super job and the carpets looked super clean. I could not have asked for anything better since the carpets looked just as new. They were right on time and I would refer them to friends and family.

When Adam arrived he was amazing from Start to finish. He was very friendly and professional. Our stairs were really bad because I have not vacuumed them in 3 weeks due to laying tile downstairs so there was a TON of dog hair. Our stairs looked brand new by the time they were done with them. Even upstairs looked great! The carpet was dry in less then 2 hours!! I will definatly be using them again for future services.

The provider arrived on time with a call 15 minutes before arrival. The job was done professionally and the results were great. Our carpet looks almost new. The technician was very conscientious about the work performed and he explained other services that would be available to meet our needs. Precision Chem-Dry did an excellent job.

Overall, this was a very positive experience. The girl at the office was very courteous as I set up my appointments. The appointments were properly made and the carpet cleaner arrived on time in each instance. Kelly, the gentleman who came to clean my carpets was equally nice and professional. He was very conscientous about doing a good thorough job. He asked me up front if there was any specific concerns. In the case of the home we moved into, we knew the previous owners had a cat. He said he had equipment with him for checking for urine in the carpet. The cost of doing that was only $15. He did find numerous urine spots and offered a $65 treatment to get rid of the dried urine. I took advantage of the offer and he then dropped the $15 test charge. He proceeded to apply the treatment to the spots where needed. The carpets came out looking very nice.

I was very pleased how clean the carpets came out. First time using the no water method and will definitely use again. I did pay extra but worth it for the pet odor/stain removal. I did not have any odor like you usually do and the carpetS were dry a lot faster. They honored the special without a problem. Adam was very professional and friendly.

Did very good job. Removed some stains that previous cleaners could not. Would definately use them again.

After purchasing an Angie's "Big Deal" we contacted Precision Chem-Dry and agreed upon 15 Jun 2012 for the cleaning our downstairs carpets. One half hour prior to the scheduled starting time of 8:00 am, the technici called to let us know he was on the way. He arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work in approximately 1.5 hours.

They came out on Friday and cleaned my rug and they did a great job. They have wonderful customer service and I give them an A rating.

A+++++!! Love this company! Stanley does such a good job and I hope he stays with them forever. I have used them 10+ times and my carpets look fantastic every time. I am sure they have extended the life of my carpets. Highly recommended.

He was very quick and efficient. He was very courteous. He was very nice and I would recommend them to friends. We discussed an estimate over the phone, and when he came out and looked at the work and gave me a different price. Which ended up being cheaper.

I have used Precision Chem-Dry many times to clean the carpets in my rental property. They are professional. They show up on time and give you a call before they come. They do a good job.

They did scotch guarded. I've used Chem-Dry in the past but not this particular Chem-Dry. I was happy with Chem-Dry so I thought of trying them again. They were very professional and very careful in the house but I wasn't satisfied with the job they did. I would not use them again. One of the little area rugs in the bedroom was on top of the carpeting and they cleaned the rug in place but didn't clean under it. They also didn't clean the fringes on my rugs. I didn't think they were very clean when they were done. I was very disappointed but I didn't call them back. Their price was great. They were very responsive and very punctual.

I am always well pleased. I am a very fussy customer. I have used this service for a number of years and will definitely use them in subsequent years. They will do a little extra for me with no charge whenever I ask. They are top notch and I highly recommend them.

The person who cleaned our carpets was very nice, explained everything and was helpful, accommodating and polite. He showed up on time and did not try to sell any additional products or services and tthe price stayed as quoted. The cost was about half that quoted by of another company that uses the same methods and that other company wanted to charge $40 just for coming out to see if our carpets could be cleaned. We made the right choice with Precision Chen-Dry. Even the person who took our initial call was great to deal with. Again, the results were great and the carpet was dry 4 hours later. We will use then again to do our upstairs next.

This company is the best. Simply the best.We made an appointment with them to get our carpets done after another company bailed on us. Unfortunately the first appointment we made, we had to reschedule due to working conflicts. They allowed us to grab the exact same spot in their schedule for the next day. They could have easily said no but they made it work.Not only did they show up on time and ready to go, they did not try to up sell my husband at all. They explained what they do, why they do it the way they do and what other services they offer but when my husband said we really just don't want anything expect the basic cleaning, they said "Yes sir" and got right to work. No pressure is very refreshing. The carpets look great, their professionalism was top notch and I would recommend them to anyone. They are going right into our business file and will be THE FIRST company we call the next time we need any carpet, tile or upholstery cleaning done.

I needed carpet cleaning before a party and they were able to schedule me the next day. I was given an estimate over the phone, based on my guess of the square footage. When Joey came out and measured, the price was less. I was also given a discount since I was representing a charity organization. The carpet looks beautiful.

It was very positive. They called ahead and took their time looking things over and explaining why they thought an initial cleaning required a different method than what they used. I appreciated their forthrightness in turning down the job.
