Precision Chem Dry

They looked bran new when Chem Dry was done. Excellent!

He was on time and did a good job. Some of the stains have come back, but I think they are fairly deep seated stains and so disappear only temporarily. I like chem dry because it dries fast.

It was my hope that there would be a noticeable difference and to my eye there really wasn't. It may be that once berber starts looking that way there is no way to bring it back but i am going to rent a steam cleaner the next time and see if that is any better. So i have nothing against the provider whatsoever except that their service did not meet my particular needs.

They did everything they were supposed to do. Totally professional. BUT my expectations were different from what they provided. I expected a chemical shampoo/vacuum that would have sucked up the dander and dirt. The machine used was like a hard floor buffing machine with cloths. I didn't like the process, tho they did nothing wrong. I feel the carpets would have have more dirts/dander sucked up with the more traditional type machine. This truly is a case of "Its not you, it's me."

Tech arrived at the scheduled appointment time. He looked around at the rooms to be cleaned, explained what needed to be done, then provided an estimate. He also used an ultraviolet light to find areas that were soiled by pet "accidents", and explained the importance of using a solution to remove, not just mask the odor in those areas. The tech was polite, efficient, informative and professional. The only problem that I had was, he doesn't clean under beds. I was informed by the office when I scheduled the service that the techs don't move heavy furniture ( like beds,dressers, etc), but my grand-daughter and I did the actual moving, then he indicated that his solution was running out because he hadn't planned on doing under the beds. I found it somewhat strange that a carpet cleaning company, who charged me $400.00 only plans to clean around things. I am 70 years old, and I had to move every piece of furniture in this house, or it would have just stayed dirty. The carpet looks so much better, so overall they did a good job.

Technician Phil arrived and examined areas to be cleaned. Explained process of carbonated water cleaning and drying differences versus steam cleaning. Vacuumed all areas and cleaned all carpets. Although this process is new to me, it cleaned my carpets far better than any steam cleaning I've used prior. Carpets (and padding) were not soaking wet and dried in no time.

The tech arrived on time and was very friendly. My daughter and I show him the areas upstairs that needed to be cleaned. What we thought were stains were simple wear and tear he explained. . The tech started, after bringing in the equipment, between approx. 8:15 and 8:20 am. It took about 8 hours for the carpet to dry. I went upstairs to look at the job that was completed. There I found my hall lights on when I had opened up all of the blinds. As I was coming down the stairs I noticed, as I rounded the bend, there was a line of green paint on my white walls. I refuse to comment any further. You will just have to take your chances.

The tech was efficient, quick, and prompt. The area smells much better. The price was very high for such a small area, though to their credit, they did have to use a special dissolving solution because of the saturation. Plus, I had actually made the carpet worse by renting a cleaner and trying to do it myself. I would use them again, no question.

The machine used was big and bulky, it's more effective to clean an empty building. The open spaces of the condo were clean, however there were spaces that were less than satisfactory because it would be better reached with a smaller equipment. And since my coffee table has a glass top, tech informed me he wasn't allowed to move it, and I had to move it myself. I am 65 years old and have had two back surgeries and have been restricted from pushing, pulling or dragging anything heavy. That would have to be a consideration for any carpet cleaning in the future. Tech was professional.

Called when on his way. Arrive right in time. Survey the job site. The deal was for 4 rooms and a hallway When calling about the appointment the office explained the extra charges and cost for additional rooms This was important to know before the job was started. Phil the technician explained the process and even offered alternative options to save costs based on his observation of the condition if the carpet In my opinion he cleaned our carpet as if it was his own home. His attention to detail and the end result was beyond our expectation. During the process he explained the products and solutions he was using. We were concerned about any effects on our Pet. All chemicals were safe I would recommend Precision Chem Dry

Great technician and very professional.

The technician, Mike called thirty minutes before arriving and then arrived on time. After checking the two rooms and hallway and stairs, he said that he would vacuum the carpets first, Mike then shampooed the carpets. We have a dog that sheds alot. After the carpets dried Mike them vacuumed the carpets again. Mike did a beautiful job and I am very, very satisfied. Adam (the owner), you have a great employee there,

Mike arrived on-time calling 20 minutes before to announce he was on the way. Ne was very pleasant and got right to the job discerning all the areas we needed or wanted cleaned. We got an Angies List discount on the standard cleaning and had a discussion if we wanted to add Scotchguard to continuously protect our 3 year old carpets. After his explaining the benefits we did have Scotchgarding added at a dsicounted cost of $10 per room. We feel it was a smart move in the long run. The job was completed in about 70 minutes and the carpets dried within 2 hours or less, we are very low humidity in Las Vegas so I am sure that helps. We were very pleases with the outcome, the carpet looks new, no re-emerging stains after 2 weeks, and it smells clean too. Very pleased with this company whom we did find on Angies List. Having moved to Las Vegas 3 years ago we used Angies List to find: car repair, HVAC service, a dentist, carpet cleaning, a handyman, and a plumber, all were good referrals.

the girl that took my info on the phone was very informed and polite. we set up the job for saturday. joey the tech. called was on time and did a perfect job. the carpets were extremely dirty and joey took his time and got them as clean as posible. i would definately use precision again.

The employee we deal with, Mike, is really awesome. He also cleans the carpets at my store. After I saw the great job he did at my business I wanted to try at home as well. He is friendly and very helpful. Made sure we knew he wasn't going to charge us for services we did not need at this time, as I was surprised at the cost. They make the whole experience easy and affordable. They will be my carpet people now for both my home and business as long as they are around.
