Poop Magician Pooper Scoopers

OK though far from perfect for 4 years. Often the scooper would come very late in the day and the man I would call kept repeating "we can't guarantee a time". My last conversation with him was a message on his machine stating that it was 6:30, the sun had gone down, and his guy was not here. In fact, no one ever came that day. When I talked to him in person, I suggested that it was not only unprofessional to come that late but that, in mid October, the sun was done and that someone walking around the backyard unexpected might get shot. Rather than share my concern, he was very upset that I said "shot" and stopped the service. Good for me.

Easy enough to sign up and liked the auto-payments. First clean up went pretty well. Most of the yard was picked up. Second week couldn't even tell service had been there. When I called I was given excuses that my yard was too big, horse manure was mixed in with the dog poop and the yard was too rocky (my acre lot is just desert). I was confused about the horse manure being mixed in with the dog poop as I was talking to the guy because my corrals are over 100 ft from the house and I was looking at 5 large (obvious) piles of dog poop within 10 feet of my house that had not been picked up. They said they could not service my yard and they did refund my money, which I appreciate. I've had scooper service for the past 20 years and this is the first time a service quit on me.

They were amazing , punctual and polite. Mixed with my dogs well.

They contacted me right away, responded to my concerns and questions via messenger on Angie's list as well as over the phone. They worked around my schedule, have convenient monthly billing and credit card debit, and they show up on time every time! I never have to put my dogs away which is nice, and the lady that comes is great with them even though they act up every time she comes, it just does not phase her ... she is really great! I am so happy with their weekly service and their customer service. When you have a service that you don't have to think about, ever call or remember you have.. you know they are doing a great job. You couldn't tell I have two big dogs by looking in my backyard! I highly recommend Poop Magician.

They didn't make it to me on our first scheduled day but called me almost immediately to explain what the delay was and said they would send someone the next day. Well they didn't disappoint because the yard was cleaned before I even woke up to take my pup out to make a morning potty. Very pleased! Cost for 1 dog is $11 weekly autocharged at $45mo.

The best money I spend. $12/week for two dogs.

Provider comes in the afternoon, I leave gate open, he comes and goes. Does a complete job for $15/week. I wished they billed but they do a monthly draw on a credit card.

They responded to my voice mail promptly. Service was performed as scheduled. Quality of the work was good.

These people are professional, on time, close gates, and take care not to damage property. I would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance in keeping their yard clean with a very reliable service. The owner is very pleasant and always willing to accommodate changes.

These folks are a pleasure to work with. The charge is only $52.99 per month for two dogs and I have never had to go behind them because they had not done their jobs. They are a pleasure on the phone and are on time every week like clockwork. I recommend these guys. They won't let you down!

The scooper arrives on time and is very quick about things. The dogs seem to know him now too which is good. My only comment of any worth, other than it is a great service, is sometimes he gets there really early in the AM. I don't care because i'm always up but if anyone likes to sleep in they should probably let him know so the dogs aren't barking at 6am. Great service!

Got behind on the yard clean up due to house construction. Put in my order online and got a call from their office in about ten minutes. The cleaner came out the next day and did a fast yet thorough job. Very professional, I went out and spoke with him a few times to touch base. Scooped turf, rock, and patios. Then sprayed enzyme. I will keep them on file for future needs. They don't quote an arrival time but said they would be in my area between 6am and noon. The guy got here at 10:45. I totally could have slept in, but it worked.

We get service once per week on Saturday morning. Will say that due to gate lock issues, that we have to be home to unlock gate and let dogs in house so that the scooper guy can do his work. We did request that they come very early in the morning so that we could do other things on Saturday. They made it clear that this was outside their normal business model. They prefer to have complete access to the yard and will not guarantee a particular time, just a four hour window on a particular day. Despite that, they agreed to provide the service. That went great for about a year. No problems. Unlocked gate night before, guy comes at dawn. Relock gate when we get up and go about our day. Terrific. Recently we have had a string of issues with the pooper guy not coming. Once he was ill. Once he had been in an accident. Totally understandable. Problem is that they have no way to let the customer know the issue. No text. No call. No email. No one is in office on weekends, just voice mail. I had to call them on Monday to find out what had happened. They never called me to explain. I am fairly certain I was charged for those missed dates as well. Problems continued, for example, we cancelled last weekend because we were away. Pooper scooper guy came anyway. Not sure why he was not told. This weekend, he did not show up at all. Maybe they told him the wrong weekend? Who knows? Two weeks worth of waste in the yard. I can't call anyone at the company because it is a weekend. I was happy with the service for over a year. The last 6 months has not been so great. I will be cancelling on Monday.

Satisfactory service for fair price. No issues, would use again.

Fantastic company. I used this company when my husband was deployed overseas. I am a full-time working mother, and I just did not have time to clean up the backyard every afternoon! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

The Poop Magicians are terrific. My less-than-perfect score was only given because they forgot to clean/refill the water one time and - although this service is excellent - with four dogs, they really need to be here at least twice a week - however, I cannot justify spending $170 per month on a dog poop service ... so THAT's where my question of price comes in. Poop Magicians are ALWAYS HERE when they say, return calls in a timely manner, are friendly and very professional. If I hit the lottery, I won't question the price at all. They show up on time every time. They do a thorough job, very thorough. I have a large yard and lots of landscaping. They know all of the different places the dogs like to go and they always get everything. I no longer have to worry about my yard being a mess. They do an excellent job and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a yard cleaning service.

Poop Magician Pooper Scoopers were very reliable. I don't know any other companies that did that.

They are scheduled to come on the same day every week. For the bargain price of $11. a week for one dog, they remove all the dog's poo from my backyard, even the stuff on the rocks and hidden behind the bushes. Bree thinks she's good at hiding it, but the pooper scooper man finds it all! I am a senior with a broken foot, so there is no way I can do this for myself. It has been wonderful having the Poop Magician make my yard nice and clean.
