 + -1 moreWe have worked directly with Lou, the owner. This is a small business and we really appreciate the personalized service that we receive. Although Lou provides the monthly pest prevention spray, we have contacted him on a couple of occasions for different services. We bought and moved into a new house last November and the house had not been receiving any sort of pest control before we moved in, so we contacted Lou to provide service for the inside of the house. Lou is very responsive. If you call him and leave a voicemail, he always responds in a very timely manner. He listens to your concerns and advises what he thinks is the best plan of action, and he has never tried to upsell us on services that aren't really necessary. We have two dogs and a cat and he is considerate of them when making his visits as well. We have recommended Nevada Pest Control to others and will continue to do so as we are happy with the services that we receive.
Description of Work: We have used Nevada Pest Control for a few years to provide monthly pest preventative maintenance. They come on a monthly basis to spray the exterior of the house.
