The need to get caught technology wise with their payment system. Apple pay, Venmo, etc.

The work was horrible. Only one coat of paint on most walls and paint all over floors. When we complained they blamed the bad job on COVID. They hired new painters and did not do any follow-up on their work. Finally after a couple of weeks living in a house that was a disaster area they got another painter to fix the mess. When they were finally finished we asked for a reduction in price. We were told they normally do not reduce the price, but would reduce by $200. I would never recommend this company. They lied to us about the process and never followed up on the completion of the work.

The attention to detail was bad. Being professionals I expected crisp lines. I was told they would clean up before they left. Came home to paint on cabinets, light switches and plug ins. Some areas not painted at all. White paint showing through the color and they were done. Called twice and felt like no one really cared and they kept wanting to send the same crew back.

Do not hire this company! They gave us a quote in a mid range from about 6 other quotes. Said they would be done in a week. When the workers got here, they told us it was underbid and should have been at least $2000 more. They took almost two weeks to do a sloppy job. They left TWO open razor blades on different days on my floors! (I have four children!) They didn't wash the walls/doors as per the contract or prep the raw, newly textured areas, also as per the contract. I already have paint peeling in the bathroom where a wash cloth gently brushed up against it when I was rinsing the sink. The baseboards are a mess! Uneven painting, but when I asked, several times, to fix the baseboards, the painter said it was a problem with the baseboards. Not so, they just didn't want to tape them correctly. They had no respect for our home, leaving it a DISASTER zone! Paint on the carpet, grout, counters, tubs, toilets, sinks, washer, piano, etc. Very disappointed, considering how much we spent.

There needs to better communication between the scheduler and the painters.

From the bid to the clean up Arizona Painting co. did an excellent job. Mike D. the Foreman and the crew were polite,professional and answered all my questions. Mike explained everything and on the walk through fixed what ever my request was. I would recommend Arizona Painting Company.

A father son team worked over a period of 5 days to get our house prepped and painted.

Very Professional and were able to complete the work and send me pictures of the finished job as I was not in town.

Take note, whatever you tell the sales person, make sure you are there to explain it all to the team that actually do the job, and make sure it is listed in the contract. Everything that i needed was taken care of but it would have been smoother if we had been there at the start of the project to talk to guys directly. We will use this company again and this time we will make sure of this small but important point. Otherwise the guys were friendly and professional and even came back when i found some things, i have since found a other patch just under some bathroom wall lights that was missed but i have every confidence that they would come out out to fix i asked them to.

They worked quickly and were so clean. They went above and beyond what was called for. We were trying to cover the tobacco smell in our home and they accomplished that and so much more. They did an outstanding job and we are so pleased!

Johnny and Jose the two painters were outstanding, it was easy to see they were professionals. They were meticulous in their work, very personable, answered all questions! A front office supervisor checked their work. The painters were superb!!

Very personable 2-man crew; explained what they would be doing and when. Follow-up by front office was great! Told to call if I found anything that needed a touch-up that I hadn't noticed when we did the walk through.

Their personal attention to detail, highest quality, and best customer service. take advantage of their color consultation, very helpful for me when I was going through this process.

Very competitive and I've seen them take care of things that weren't their fault. They stand behind their work and their warranties are great. they really make it about the customer experience to keep a good experience. These guys do a great job.
