I don’t want anybody using them, they were horrible. They quoted me a price for an hour and it was all right. I figured the only thing they had to do was to pull the old one out and put the new one in. While he was here he did the work but they charged me an extra half hour and I had a fight with them over this. The reason is the young man who came, he had to use my bathroom so I said ok. I don’t know how long he was in there and then he took a few phone calls and hung up. I told him that he was billing me for an hour and half and that he still took the time to do this. I don’t think charging me an extra half hour is right. I told him that I was nice enough to let him use the bathroom and he was in the bathroom for a while. First of all, I don’t think a repairman should to do that and then I got billed for it. I even called the girls in the office and told them to check with the boss. They didn’t even call me back and I called them back. They said no and the boss is not adjusting it. The guy who was here was a really big kid but it took more time to get under the sink. The girls told the owner and he wouldn’t adjust it, I told them that they saw the last of my business. They didn’t even have the courtesy to return my call and I had to call them 2 or 3 times. It wasn’t even good customer service. For the work that he did, I had a faucet which they guaranteed and she told me that he didn’t put the screws in it and the whole thing was wobbly. So they did mail me a new faucet and now I have to find another plumber to install the new one. He didn’t do the job right the first time. I will never ever use them again. I will pay double somewhere else and I won’t have them come back here.
