Lowe's

We had some problems. I ordered this Maytag washer and dryer and it came and the delivery person couldn't get it through the door. We had measured the opening prior and measured the appliances at store. They had to take it back so we went back to Lowes and ordered a Samsung and this one fit. They brought it but didn't set it up right. I had ordered new hoses, vents. etc... Every time we had o go back my boyfriend would say, I'm not happy what are you going to do for me, so every time they would give us 10% off. The company that did the delivery could have been a little bit better, they didn't have everything they needed. They were good with responsiveness. The machine is great, there was a recall, but Samsung took care of that. I was the last person they delivered to that day and when we finally sat down for dinner, they arrived.

I requested specific things, like bathroom faucets. They took my step in tub and ordered the wrong thing. They didn't order a single thing right. Nothing matches. The only things that came out right were things that I didn't order from Lowe's. I signed a contract with them and another provider to have my 3 bathrooms gutted and remodeled. Tear out was in October for two bathrooms. Pieces were not correct so they had to reorder them. They told me that they were no longer available and that I would have to order different things. They made it very difficult to work with them and would give me limited options what what I could get, even though that is not what we agreed on originally and they failed to order correctly. It caused me to go from warm tones in my bathroom to a very cold tone in my bathroom. They won't replace anything that they've ordered incorrectly. In January when they went to put in the tub they realized it was warped. It had been sitting in my property since October. They said it was going to take 45-90 days to get the new one in. All of this was to be done by the end of January. My husband got frustrated and told them to just install a claw foot tub. They ended up installing a slipper claw foot tub. I told them I didn't want that and I didn't like it. They told me that they couldn't change it and basically said too bad. I only have about a 1/2 inch between my tub and the glass for my shower now. I ended up calling corporate on April 22nd and have been going back and forth with them. They finally sent someone out and he just says "oh this looks fine". I told him that I wanted a warm bathroom and that they didn't allow me to choose the colors that I wanted and only gave me eight options when they ordered the incorrect supplies. They just installed the supplies and didn't actually hook it up, so nothing works. I have spent over $70,000.00 on these bathrooms. In my handicap tub they have plugged the hole where the lever goes. They completely removed it and plugged the hole. I needed to have that installed due to my arthritis. Now I no longer have a handicap tub. They can't even tell me if the water board to water proof the tub was installed, they can't remember. I paid for it, but they don't know it is was installed. They cracked my tub installing it as well. I also don't even have any functional drawers. I have not been in my master bathroom since December 2014 because nothing is working. Not even the outlet works. Corporate is talking about revoking the contract. They have trashed my bathrooms and said more-or-less that it is not their problem. I also contacted the state contractors board and they gave Lowe's about eight violations. They are resolving it monetarily, which doesn't even equal the cost of me having it redone, but not actually fixing the work. They refuse to do the work. No one has been in my house since the state contractors board meeting at the beginning of June. They haven't done any actual work since April. They also charged my Lowe's credit card without my authorization. I had to call and report it and have cancelled them. This is how all this has happened, she ordered everything that she though was good for my bathroom, not what I had wanted.

I had a big project I was working on in which I bought extra items just in case I would need them instead of making a special trip to the store. It took new months to finish the project including getting a permit and inspection. When I completed the job, I went to return the extra items and the customer service was excellent. They were returned and my card was immediately credited. I had some things which I also bought from Home Depot, so I went there next to return the items and I was told I can only get store credit even though I had the receipt. Wow..... Day and night difference....... Guess where I'll do my shopping for future purchases.

This was the worse experience of my life. The trim work that they put around it is a different color than the flooring. I have contacted them about the issue and they tell me that they have to contact the manufactures. They continue to say that they cannot get a hold of them and that they are closed and can't do anything till they get a hold of them. Lowes does not return our phone calls and the people they contract out for the flooring told us that they can't do anything because lowes was the one that contracted out the work.

Choosing a sample and requesting a measurement went well. The contractors called and came out when they said they would. Professional measurement taken and provided to the store. It took the store quite a while to get back to me with a quote, but finally I contacted them and got it sorted out. They honored the special financing offer than had recently passed, which was great, and an installment is scheduled for next week.

I was upset with the confusion of the delivery before the sub-contractor showed up. The price was also a bit more than I had expected it to be. I was under the impression that the molding around door was going to be painted, but it was not. The company also did not return my phone calls adequately. The mess was cleaned as the door was being installed and hauled away.

The man did a great job of removing the bathroom shower door and wall surrounding the shower. The work was done in a few hours with no problem at all. Lowe's did a follow up call to ensure I was satisfied with the installation work. The work was great, the company was professional and the price was reasonable.

The technicians only had to make one trip, because we had already purchased the door. They were on time, and displayed very good behavior, while on our property. The old door was removed, and taken with them, after the task was complete. They did not leave a mess, and the door is so quiet, we can hardly hear it operate. The price is for the cost of the door and the installation.

Lowe's Home Improvement knew what they were doing and the floors showed it. This was just a very well planned out service and I was able to get the kind of results I had wished for. The tile had no flaws and it is good quality tile. It was very convenient for us, they finished in a timely fashion and I couldn't have been more satisfied.

Lowe's did not do the installations to my satisfaction. The crew that Lowe's sent out couldn't speak any English, so there wasn't any communication. They did not get the tiling laid correctly and were never on time for the job. We were very unhappy with them.

They arrived on time and very well prepared. They removed all the old rugs with no problems. They cleaned up their mess and began to lay the new rug. It all went rather smoothly they were no visible mishaps of any kind. Though the price was pretty average, I am sure if I shopped around I could have found someone a little cheaper. Other than that I have no complaints.

Lowe's did a very poor job on our cabinets; they measured wrong and our cabinets ended up crooked. I did call them to complain and they told me that the lady that did the measuring didn't work there any longer and they were not going to do anything about it. They did finally come back to my home and try to fix our cabinets however they still didn't get them right.
