The cleaning was very good. They were very nice to work with. Lily and her assistant were professional, punctual and efficient; and I have already made an appointment to utilized their services again next month, and if the quality remains consistent I will recommend her to others as well.

This was a good big deal. I used it for a rental home I own. I feel like the cleaners did a decent job. This mainly was dusting cleaning bathrooms, etc. The house was empty so no furniture was cleaned. What I like, she was very responsive with the scheduling and appointment making.

This turned out just great. Since this visit, I have used them four other times. They do a very good and thorough job. Lilly and crew were very courteous. They listen to my concerns around the house. The deal included dusting vacuuming, cleaning all of the woodwork around the floor, ceiling fans. No corners left untouched. Getting the job set up was very as well. I do not see anything they could do better. They are not only thorough, but they are fast too.

Two ladies came and cleaned for 4 hours. they were very thorough, did a very nice job.

They spent three hours cleaning my living room, kitchen, den, and two bathrooms. It is the first time I had it done, and there was a lot to do. They were fast and efficient.

Laura & Christy did a great job...I would definitely recommend them and use them again when needed.

They did well however the house was empty and they needed to vacuum and clean bathrooms. They cleaned my ceiling fans and windowsills and also the shelves in the closets. I think they should have had more equipment, they asked to borrow my vacuum and they needed more clean rags. I was moving out and so there wasn't anything to dust or move. They were nice but they need to come more prepared.

When cleaned fridge didn't clean out freezer? Ladies were really nice! I liked them and want them to come back! I would like to negotiate future regular housecleaning rate now that they know what my home is like. I liked service overall!

Two lazy maids for 2 hours nothing was cleaned but the stove, pathetic, would never recommend. All that they did was complain about having to clean an empty house. I would ask for a refund if I could. Won't even use Angie's list anymore. Waste of money. Will call the B.B.B.

We had a little scheduling mixup and they ended up not coming on Saturday, but came the very next day in the morning before our guests arrived for Christmas. We were VERY impressed with their service! This is the best house cleaning service we have found and we'll be sticking with them. The ladies were very friendly and they moved and cleaned EVERYTHING!! My wife is very particular and she was incredibly impressed. We can't recommend these folks highly enough.

I used Lilly'z twice. The first time (in early September) was a gift from a friend and the second time I used a certificate that I had purchased before I received the gift. The first time they came they were late in arriving by almost an hour. They did an okay job with cleaning, although they didn't allow enough time to complete the whole house and do a good job. They spent too much time in half of the house and then had to rush through the other half, not dusting well and not vacuuming part of the floor. They were pleasant and professional. The second time they came (on December 15) they were late by an hour and fifteen minutes. They did an average job. Rather than shaking out a small floor rug in the bathroom they tried to vacuum it, tearing part of it to shreds. It wasn't mentioned to me. I had to replace the rug. I would not use this service again.

Lilly's crew was punctual and professional. They worked hard the entire time they were, were efficient and did a wonderful job. I've had another cleaning company come in with the past two weeks to do the same job and wasn't nearly as impressed or pleased with their work. I wouldn't hesitate to use Lilly's company in the future.

At first I thought they were doing a good job. I had told them what I wanted done and stopped observing them. After they left, I noticed they hadn’t done things. There was a lot they didn’t dust. They didn’t clean my window sills. They didn’t clean my floor boards. They also skipped furniture. I had to clean after they left. They were here for about 2 ½ hours and I paid extra for the additional 30 minutes. The extra costs would have been fine, but I wasn’t satisfied with their work. I would never want the girls who came out to clean my home again.

Everything turned out well. No complaints with service.

The date was not Dec 18, but sometime in Nov. I am willing to give a second chance, could have been a bad day. Arrived on time, did not clean tub, did not clean shower doors, moved a lot of stuff around, but cleaning was very poor. Overall sloppy work.

They did a pretty good job with what they covered. They had two people and didn't get some of the things done that I wanted but what they did do they cleaned it very well.

They were on time. They didn't start out to be too thorough until I told them I am aware of what they are doing, I can see the mishaps and then they improved at that point. They did as much as they could in the time allotted.

Very nice ladies, entire home was cleaned to perfection. No complaints. Hired them to come every two weeks.

The two ladies showed up right on time, we did a quick walk through of the house and they asked for my input on what I wanted specifically in certain areas. They quoted me 3 hours it was going to take and got started right away! They were so great, I haven't had my house cleaned since I've been gone for almost a year, and they made it look and smell amazing! I only have carpet on my stairs so it was really dirty they made it look brand new and brought its color back! I had to leave for work and felt totally comfortable leaving them to take care of the house. When I got home everything was locked up safely, and so amazing clean! Such nice and professional ladies, make you feel safe leaving your home in their care, and when they're done you will want to have them come and clean every week they do such a great job! I will ABSOLUTELY be using these ladies again! Totally considering a monthly service, and possibly every other week if the price is right, it's totally worth it. I have a 1700sqft home, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, all wood floor, and carpet stairs. AMAZING, GREAT, EXCELLENT, A+++!!!!

They worked very hard but they did not quite get done what was advertised. I do not fault the workers on that. Two cleaners came out promptly to do the work and it took 4 hours to complete. Overall, I was fairly happy with the service but they promised more than they could deliver. They also were not great at communicating and there was a language barrier.

I had bought a coupon from Angie's list and needed to delay the apt. because of illness. So when I called Lilly's, on very short notice, she was very helpful!!
