They showed up two hours late for my appointment and I had to work which was advised when I initially scheduled. I did not need them after that date. I have contacted them but have not heard back.

It wasn't perfect but it was definitely okay.

Not to well. still had dust on all the base boards in the bath and bedrooms... Never again will I have them!

There was a mixup on the day they were supposed to be here but I had re-scheduled several times prior and I am sure it contributed to the misunderstanding. Lily promptly re-scheduled some other employees and they came late but did show up and stayed late. Christy and Laura were very polite, professional and did a wonderful job. They are very thorough and unlike another reviewer. I didn't mind my tissues being fluffed. It was a nice touch. They cleaned ceiling fans and dusted my baseboards as well as the normal bathroom and other cleaning tasks. I have been unable to clean as well as I usually do due to back problems and it was such a nice relief to get a clean house back after so many months of just the minimum being done. If I could afford it I would have them here every other week. Additionally, she offered me a discount on my next services due to the scheduling misunderstanding. I am happy with the services and would highly recommend the service...especially Christy and Laura.

the cleaners were right on time and wasted no time in getting started, they provided all their own cleaning products and towels, mops etc. very polite, I will use them again.

I purchased a Big Deal for $99 for housecleaning. I wrote a list of things that I wanted done while they were here. They did most of the work pretty good, but there were a few things they did not perform at all. I ended up doing some of these things myself. I was not happy with the fact that they were not speaking English while they were cleaning my home, they were just talking amongst themselves. One of the girls cleaned much better than the other. I ended up having to pay extra for more time, I also tipped them on top of that.

They were late and I needed to leave, so it was a little rushed, but the work was fine. There were two workers and they stayed a little under 2 hours.

It went well. No issues, and this is not a complaint; but next time I will ask that they do not fluff up my tissues. They did it well, just like they would do a hotel room. I personally do not like it, but no problem. They even did the few dishes I had left in the sink and even put small garbage bags in my bathroom and kitchen refuse containers. Excellent Job.

The girls did a very good job in cleaning, arrived on time and finished in the estimated time to do the job.

I would never use this service again. I paid for 4 hours of cleaning and come to find out, Lilly claimed that would only be enough time to clean the bathrooms. I ended up paying an additional $125 just to have my home cleaned. The job they did was mediocre at best.

They arrived as usual right on time! They whizzed through my house working together and separately to get the job done. They changed my bed linens, cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen, vacuumed all areas, mopped the floors and dusted thoroughly. I am always totally amazed at the way they can zip through the house and leave it totally fresh and clean. I could spend a whole day on my place and it wouldn't look as nice or smell as fresh as it does after they leave. They are always concerned that they have done everything that I asked and to my satisfaction. Lily has told me to call if I notice anything not to my satisfaction and they will return to get it right. But I never find anything to call about. I am very satisfied with the service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. I've been using them since then every other week. They do a really good job and they are flexible in their schedule. I paid for an additional two more hours with the big deal so I paid an additional $120. Their prices are decent.

The service was done great but they were really late. She did contact me to let me know they would be late. They were able to complete the job in the allotted time.

I thought they were going to clean for four hours but instead she brought three people who cleaned for two hours. They did a general cleaning including dusting, vacuuming and mopping. The service overall was alright but I felt $99 for two hours was expensive.

They were professional and diligent in their work.

Lilly was easy to reach and I had to reschedule the cleaning. My house was cleaned thoroughly. I had to pay extra due to size of house, extra bathroom and I wanted the inside the cabinets cleaned. She was running late but called ahead of time to inform that she was running late. No big deal. I'm glad I purchased the big deal.

Their cleaning was fine. The cleaning women were very good. I was cancelled or re-scheduled virtually every time by Lilly with one no-show on the first day. Could not depend on them to keep the scheduled date or time.

Very good. I continue to use Lilly'z on a regular basis.

Ran short of time and were not able to do a thorough job in kitchen.

They were very accommodating when it came to scheduling. They were efficient and I was very pleased with the results.

I called Lilly to see if she was available to clean my house 3,000sq that day or the next. My family was coming in town and I had work deadlines due. Lilly was very understanding and came to clean herself at first and then the rest if the crew came later on. They did fantastic! I've had house cleaning done before, but her crew far exceeded the others. They worked with me and helped to make sure my house was deep cleaned to include the blinds, baseboards, walls... You name it and they did it right!
