Cleaning was very good but the price, I think was a bit high. They cleaned widows, floors, all kitchen appliances, and everything that needed cleaning . Altogether they worked for a four to five hours. Very professional and very accurate, very punctual, No complains here.. Lilly is great manager always watching what her girls are doing and worked very hard herself.

Lizzy showed up on time. Asked what I wanted done. She swept and the mopped all floors. She dusted and cleaned all baseboards, she cleaned the shutters and inside windows. And I have a lot of windows :) She did both bathrooms and the cleaned appliances. She also cleaned all the windows outside. There was an extra charge for that but was very reasonable. And that was it she spent about 4 hours and everything came out great.

l was very satisfied with the final product. Lilly is very pleasant and accommodating with regards to the scheduling. She also knows what she is doing. Lilly will work with an assistant or the assistant will supervise if an emergency requires Lilly to be some where else.

I was extremely pleased with the service and results. They arrived promptly and completed the work in a very professional manner. I had recently tiled my bedroom and the dust was everywhere. They did marvelous work and cleaned my blinds, baseboards, bathrooms and kitchen so they almost look new. Their work was exceptional and I will be using them in the future.

I purchased the service through the Deal of the Day. Lilly responded very quickly to set up an appointment and was able to accommodate me on one of the dates I chose. Lilly arrived at scheduled time with 2 workers. Lilly did a walk through with the girls to make sure they know what work was to be done and confirmed with me what cleaning was included in the Deal of the Day I had purchased. (Lilly had to leave for another job appointment) Kristie and Judy promptly started the job... cleaning bathrooms, blinds, baseboards, kitchen cabinets, appliances and ended with dusting, vacuum carpeted floors and mopping of tile/bare floors. (I actually had them use my steam cleaner on my bare floors). They were very efficient..didn't waste time and did a wonderful job. They asked me to do a walk through before they left and if I wasn't satisfied with anything they would do over. I will definitley use their services again.

Overall they did a great job. On time and trustworthy. I left them alone in my home all day and the house looks fantastic! There were additional charges that I was made aware of prior to completion which was not a problem. 10$ for an additional bathroom and 20$ to clean the inside of my refrigerator. The only criticism I have is they forgot to clean my stair banister and base boards. Overall I'm highly satisfied. A-

Lilly, the owner, met with us, and asked what our needs were. After taking time with us, and exchanging ideas, we were able to come to an agreement as to what would be done the initial visit, and see what developed as her visit progressed. When Lilly and her assistant, Christy, finished, I took my first look at the cleaning they did, and I was so pleased at how everything sparkled, it was fresh and clean and was just perfect! I had specific requests and Lilly had no problem in doing them, and Wow! I love how clean my home is. I am so happy with the work they did, that I am asking to be on a regular cleaning schedule with her crew. They are very good and thorough with an aim to provide the best customer service they can. They want you to be happy! I am thrilled! Thank you Lilly and Christy!!

We were scheduled for 9:00 am to 12 noon and they showed up at 9:45 because she forgot about our appointment. It was also the first day of school, so I was forgiving. The house was clean, but nothing spectacular. They missed splatter marks in the kitchen, the grout was still dirty and toothpaste was left in the bathroom sink. My major concern was they broke the top piece to the blinds in the living room and stole a curtain. The only item left in the house was a recently cleaned curtain hanging in the bathroom. I didn't notice it was missing since I was running late for work and the cleaning took longer than expected. The next day I inquired about the curtain and I was told it was in the garage in a plastic bag. Well, no bag was found in the garage. I was then told that the curtain was in a trash bag in the garbage can. I was not happy to dig through the trash, but I did :-(. Well, no curtain! I am just glad I didn't use them with a house full of stuff to steal.

I had to go to a service station to meet them...they seemed unable to read their GPS. They broke the center support on a large vertical wooden blind...the blind now sags in the middle. My property agent will obviously charge me for that. Lilly promised to pay for the damage. I will have to report later on whether that actually happens. The garage was not swept out, same for the front porch. Inside windows were wiped off...with a cloth and water not a window cleaner. I was told the kitchen was done...opened the oven and found it had not been touched...."Oh, we haven't done that yet" Poor communication skills.

They came out last Friday and the service went well. They were good and they did pretty much that needed to be done.

8-18Everything went. Well .they worked very hard . They have pleasant personalities. Arrived on time and worked far longer than I expected them to. I can't tell you how P.leased I am and I would recommend them to any one they were that good

My first review of Lilly'z was GLOWING. Unfortunately, I spoke too soon and subsequently discovered that in cleaning the kitchen she scratched the surface of my microwave and stove. Sounds like no big deal, right? BUT when I say "scratched," I mean the touch pad on my microwave is barely discernible; the top front of my stove has scratches so deep you can feel them with your fingernail. Both appliances are black. I contacted Lilly to find out what she used to "clean" my appliances. She told me she would call on Wed. (2 days) and come by to look at them. No call, and didn't show up. I have spent more money on products to remove the scratches and nothing has worked. Not a good deal at all and NO PROFESSIONALISM on Lilly'Z part. I got ripped off and my appliances are permanently damaged. I doubt that Lilly will show up for her Sept. 3 appointment I made before the discovery of her neglect and disrespect of my property. I certainly will NEVER let her into my house again.

I am handicapped and have been unable to perform regular house dusting & cleaning for quite awhile. Lilly and Christy did an EXCELLENT job. So thrilled, I contracted Lilly'z to return on a regular basis. So happy!

We had Lilly come and do a deep cleaning at our house and we were very happy with the work she did. She arrived on time and took her time cleaning everything that we had talked about. She is a pleasure to work with and will definitely use her again.

She was referred to me. She is very detailed oriented. A lot of things that she sees that needs to be cleaned, she cleans. I don’t really see it as I have been living there. She sees that it needs to be cleaned so she just goes ahead and cleans and then tells me about it afterwards instead of asking me whether I want it to be cleaned. She just does it and then she lets me know. Her crew is very courteous and friendly. Price wise I know she is not the greatest value but given the work she does I am willing to pay more. I have a contract with her and I will keep using her in the future.
